    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La directora financiera-tesorera del Ayuntamiento de Palma hace saber, de conformidad con la legislación vigente en materia de Haciendas Locales, que contra el acuerdo de aprobación inicial del expediente de modificación de crédito núm. 15 de suplemento de crédito financiado con bajas de aplicaciones presupuestarias y remanente de tesorería para gastos generales en el presupuesto propio de la corporación para 2022, adoptado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de día 24 de noviembre del 2022, se presentaron reclamaciones en contra en el plazo de exposición pública comprendida entre los días 28 de noviembre y 20 de diciembre, ambos inclusive,&amp;nbsp; que fueron desestimadas en el acuerdo adoptado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de dia 22 de diciembre de 2022, por lo que queda APROBADO DEFINITIVAMENTE, transcribiéndose a continuación a nivel de capítulos las partidas afectadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
