&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; núm. 79, de 18 de junio de 2022, se&amp;nbsp;publicó la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 15 de junio de 2022 por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar la proyección exterior de las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El IEB recibió, del 25 de julio de 2022 al 8 de septiembre de 2022, 19 solicitudes para optar a las citadas subvenciones.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El día 27 de septiembre de 2022, la Comisión evaluadora revisó y valoró los 11 expedientes presentados entre el 25 de julio y el 8 de septiembre de 2022, con los números de expediente comprendidos entre la AV-11/2022 y la AV-29/2022.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El día 29 de septiembre de 2022, el instructor firmó la Propuesta de resolución de concesión de subvenciones para apoyar la proyección exterior de las artes visuales de las Illes Balears para el año 2022, que se publicó en el web del IEB el 11 de octubre de 2022, con lo que se inició el período de alegaciones.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Se ha presentado una alegación, que ha sido aceptada y resuelta.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El día 18 de junio de 2022 se publicó, en el BOIB núm. 79, la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 15 de junio de 2022 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de subvenciones para apoyar la proyección exterior de las artes visuales de las Illes Balears para el año 2022.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, en concreto lo dispuesto en su disposición adicional primera.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura, de 1 de julio de 2009, para la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB núm. 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con el artículo 10.1.j) de los Estatutos del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, aprobados por Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB&amp;nbsp;núm. 6, de 12 de enero de 2019), a propuesta del presidente de la comisión evaluadora, dicto la siguiente&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por importe total de 42.227,48€ a favor de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado en cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos e importes detallados en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Denegar la concesión de subvenciones a las solicitudes que aparecen en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el&lt;em&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación,&amp;nbsp;de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico del Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29 /1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
