    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vist&lt;/span&gt;o el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de día 3.10.2022 (BOIB n.º 136 de 20.10.2022) por el cual se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases de las ayudas del Consejo Insular de Menorca en las escuelas de música de Menorca para el curso 2021-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizó día 21 de noviembre de 2022 y se han presentado ocho solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que a la convocatoria se destinan 80.300 € con cargo a la partida 4620002 del programa 32600 y el importe máximo por solicitud es de 15.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que se ha reunido la comisión evaluadora para valorar las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la propuesta de resolución redactada por la instructora del expediente y que se ha fiscalizado favorablemente por parte de intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el artículo 33.2 k de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, atribuye a los consejeros ejecutivos la resolución de las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, por el Decreto de presidencia n.º 275/2022, de 6 de septiembre de 2022, relativo a la delegación de competencias de la Presidencia en los consejeros ejecutivos (BOIB n.º 118 de 8 de septiembre de 2022), el acuerdo del Consejo ejecutivo de 5 de septiembre de 2022, relativo a la delegación de competencias del Consejo Ejecutivo en la presidenta y en los consejeros y consejeras ejecutivas (BOIB n.º 118 de 8 de septiembre de 2022), todo el anterior en relación con el Decreto de presidencia n.º 421/2019 de 9 de julio, de creación de los departamentos (BOIB n.º 93 ext. de 10 de julio de 2019);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conceder las ayudas siguientes en las escuelas de música de Menorca para el curso 2021-2022:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Beneficiario: Ayuntamiento des Migjorn Gran &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se distribuye un total de 80.300 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Este acuerdo de resolución de las ayudas se remitirá a la BDNS en cumplimiento del arte. 20.8 de la LGS y se publicará por &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el CIM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares a efectos de notificación (art. 45.1 b de la LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo – que no agota la vía administrativa – se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo en el plazo de un mes contado desde el día siguiente que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses desde su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
