&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. ANTECEDENTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 2 de diciembre de 2021, se aprobó, junto con el Presupuesto Municipal, la plantilla de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2022, siendo publicadas íntegramente en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; BOIB &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;número 15, de 29 de enero de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2. Vistos los informes elaborados por los departamentos de Secretaría, Recursos Humanos e intervención, de fecha 24 de mayo de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.3 Negociadas las bases en el seno de las Mesas de Negociación de los empleados públicos de este Ayuntamiento y visto el acuerdo conseguido de fecha 23 de mayo de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.4. La oferta de ocupación pública publicada en el BOIB número 68 de 26 de mayo de 2022, a consecuencia de unos errores detectados se ha tenido que modificar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.5. Vistos los informes elaborados por los Departamentos de Secretaría, Recursos Humanos e Intervención, de fecha 21 de diciembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.6. Negociadas las modificaciones de la oferta en el seno de las Mesas de Negociación de los empleados públicos de este Ayuntamiento y visto el acuerdo conseguido el 21 de diciembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, aprobar la oferta de ocupación pública de acuerdo con el Presupuesto y la plantilla aprobados por el Pleno, aprobar las bases de las pruebas para la selección del personal y para los concursos de provisión de puestos de trabajo y distribuir las retribuciones complementarias que no sean fijas y periódicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2. De acuerdo con el artículo 2 y la disposición adicional sexta, de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en la ocupación pública, plazas ocupadas ininterrumpidamente al menos en los tres años anteriores a 31 de diciembre de 2020. Plazas reuniendo los requisitos anteriores, habrían sido ocupadas con carácter temporal de manera ininterrumpida con anterioridad al 1 de enero de 2016. Y plazas vacantes de naturaleza estructural ocupadas de manera&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;temporal por personal con una relación, de esta naturaleza, anterior al 1 de enero de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo esto, en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo atribuidas, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la siguiente modificación de la oferta de ocupación pública para el año 2022, ordinaria y extraordinaria, publicada en el BOIB número 68 de 26 de mayo de 2022, siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Clasificación: Escala Administración General. Subescala Técnica. Nivel de complemento de destino: dieciocho. Número de vacantes: UNA. Denominación: ADMINISTRATIVA COORDINADORA DE LA OFICINA DE ATENCIÓN AL CIUDADANO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Tiene que decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Denominación: TÉCNICO DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN ESPECIAL TÉCNICO INFORMÁTICO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta de esta resolución al Pleno en la siguiente sesión que se lleve a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
