    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se hace público que la Presidencia del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, por decreto núm. 2022001524 de fecha 2 de diciembre de 2022, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo en relación a las mesas de contratación del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“.../...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMERO-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Modificar el apartado segundo del Decreto núm. 201000481, de fecha 16 de julio para designar como Presidenta suplente de las mesas de contratación a Dª. Marilina Ribas Cardona, Directora Insular de Juventud, Hacienda y Gestión Económica, en sustitución del sr. Vicent Roig Tur, consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Presidencia y Gestión Ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGUNDO-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Dar cuenta del presente decreto en el primer Pleno que se celebre, y publicarlo en el BOIB y en el perfil del contratante de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;TERCERO-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Quedan derogadas cuantas disposiciones de igual o inferior rango se opongan a lo establecido en este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
