&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears núm. 159, de 8 de diciembre de 2022, se publicó la Resolución del consejero concesión de las subvenciones correspondientes a la convocatoria de 23 de agosto de 2022 de las ayudas para gastos de funcionamiento y actividades de las asociaciones de familias de alumnos (AFA) y sus federaciones y confederaciones, y las asociaciones de alumnos (AA) y sus federaciones y confederaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Se ha advertido un error material que hay que corregir en el anexo de la Resolución de concesión publicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que las Administraciones Públicas podrán rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponderá al órgano que hubiera dictado el acto o la disposición. Asimismo, la rectificación de errores deberá especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que de ella se deriven, y se deberá notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando se refiera a actos que hayan sido objeto de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;notificación o publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Rectificar el error observado en el anexo de la Resolución de concesión de las subvenciones correspondientes a la convocatoria de 23 de agosto de 2022 de las ayudas para gastos de funcionamiento y actividades de las asociaciones de familias de alumnos (AFA) y sus federaciones y confederaciones, y las asociaciones de alumnos (AA) y sus federaciones y confederaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39 /2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29 /1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
