&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El IDI, ente adscrito a la Vicepresidencia y Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática, es competente en materia de fomento de la actividad industrial, apoyo al desarrollo y mejora de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYME) de carácter industrial, comercial y de servicios relacionadas con esta materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de promoción industrial (BOIB n.º&amp;nbsp;52, de 17 de abril de 2008) establece las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de promoción industrial. El artículo&amp;nbsp;2, en los apartados b) y f), determina que pueden ser objeto de subvención el fomento del diseño y la creación de empresas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Vicepresidencia y Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática y la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional han impulsado el Programa Iemprènjove, el cual consiste en un proyecto educativo que impulsa el fomento del diseño, la creación de empresas, las capacidades emprendedoras e introduce los estudiantes en el concepto de responsabilidad social y los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible. El proyecto se integra por programas basados, entre otras características, en la conexión entre la escuela y el entorno —con desarrollo de una experiencia real— y en una metodología fundamentada en el aprendizaje cooperativo, en el trabajo por proyectos, y en un aprendizaje transversal y significativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con el objetivo de difundir y promover el diseño y la creación de empresas entre el alumnado de los centros educativos inscritos en programas de educación secundaria, de formación profesional básica y ciclos formativos, y en otros programas enmarcados en el Programa Iemprènjove, la Vicepresidencia y Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática convoca el Concurso de Premios Iemprènjove a los mejores proyectos empresariales de estudiantes de educación secundaria, de ciclos formativos y de formación profesional básica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de los premios mencionados deberá seguir lo que se prevé para la concesión de subvenciones, dado que, de acuerdo con el artículo&amp;nbsp;2.2 del texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, tiene la consideración de subvención cualquier ayuda económica prestada con cargo a los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Ley Orgánica&amp;nbsp;1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Ley&amp;nbsp;1/2003, de 20 de marzo, de cooperativas de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de promoción industrial (BOIB n.º&amp;nbsp;52, de 17 de abril de 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El Decreto&amp;nbsp;75/2004, de 27 de agosto, de despliegue de determinados aspectos de la Ley de Finanzas y de las leyes de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB n.º&amp;nbsp;122, de 2 de septiembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La Ley&amp;nbsp;2/2020, de 15 de octubre, de medidas urgentes y extraordinarias para el impulso de la actividad económica y la simplificación administrativa en el ámbito de las administraciones públicas de las Illes Balears para paliar los efectos de la crisis ocasionada por la COVID-19 (BOIB n.º&amp;nbsp;180, de 20 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con lo que disponen los preceptos antes mencionados, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria del Concurso de Premios Iemprènjove a los mejores proyectos empresariales entre los estudiantes de educación secundaria, de ciclos formativos y de formación profesional básica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos&amp;nbsp;123 y 124 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo&amp;nbsp;57 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo&amp;nbsp;46 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalidad y objetivos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Concurso de Premios Iemprènjove a los mejores proyectos empresariales de estudiantes de educación secundaria, de ciclos formativos y de formación profesional básica tiene la finalidad de difundir y promover el diseño y la creación de empresas entre el alumnado de las Illes Balears que se indica en esta convocatoria para impulsar la realización de actividades de fomento del diseño y la creación de empresas y lograr los siguientes objetivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Potenciar la capacidad emprendedora mediante la puesta en práctica de conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Conectar el aprendizaje educativo con el entorno real mediante la creación de la empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Mejorar las competencias de liderazgo, comunicación y motivación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Impulsar la capacidad de llevar a cabo trabajo en equipo por medio del trabajo cooperativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;Visualizar y conocer los beneficios del diseño en las empresas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los premios concedidos como consecuencia de la aprobación de esta convocatoria se regirán por la Orden de la consejera de Comercio, Industria y Energía por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de promoción industrial (BOIB n.º&amp;nbsp;52, de 17 de abril de 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Partidas presupuestarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los premios concedidos deberán abonarse con cargo al presupuesto del IDI para el año 2023, por un importe total de nueve mil euros (9.000&amp;nbsp;€).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La concesión de los premios previstos en esta convocatoria estará condicionada a las disponibilidades presupuestarias del punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ámbito temporal de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las actividades objeto de subvención deberán llevarse a cabo entre el 1 de septiembre de 2022 y el 30 de junio de 2023, coincidiendo con el curso escolar 2022-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Participantes y requisitos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Podrán participar en el Concurso de Premios Iemprènjove a los mejores proyectos empresariales entre los estudiantes de educación secundaria, de ciclos formativos y de formación profesional básica, los centros educativos que estén inscritos durante el curso 2022-2023 en alguno de los siguientes programas Iemprènjove:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Jóvenes Emprendedores de Secundaria (JES).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Jóvenes Emprendedores Asociados (JEA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Jóvenes Emprendedores Profesionales (JEP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los programas se integran en el Proyecto Iemprènjove.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. No podrán participar las entidades incluidas en alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo&amp;nbsp;10 del texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las entidades participantes deberán acreditar que están al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado, con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social antes de la Propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalidades y premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El alumnado de los centros educativos participantes podrá presentar proyectos de empresa contextualizados en los programas JES, JEA y JEP sobre cualquier actividad económica lícita, sea de cariz social, cultural, tecnológico, comercial o de servicios, bajo la modalidad de proyectos empresariales y/o asociativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los proyectos deberán desarrollar el proceso completo de puesta en marcha de un proyecto empresarial original y coherente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En la elaboración de cada proyecto deberán participar un mínimo de tres alumnos y deberá dirigirlos un profesor o profesora, o un director o directora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Los proyectos presentados deberán subirse a la web del programa&lt;em&gt; www.iemprenjove.es,&lt;/em&gt; dentro del programa que corresponda: JES, JEA o JEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Los premios a los que pueden optar los proyectos se dividirán en tres modalidades que sumarán un importe total de nueve mil euros (9.000&amp;nbsp;€):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modalidad 1. Premios Iemprènjove Jóvenes Emprendedores de Secundaria (JES).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Un primer premio por un valor de 1.000&amp;nbsp;€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Dos segundos premios por un valor de 500&amp;nbsp;€ cada uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Cuatro accésits por un valor de 250&amp;nbsp;€ cada uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modalidad 2. Premios Iemprènjove Jóvenes Emprendedores Profesionales (JEP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Un primer premio por un valor de 1.000&amp;nbsp;€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Dos segundos premios por un valor de 500&amp;nbsp;€ cada uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Cuatro accésits por un valor de 250&amp;nbsp;€ cada uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modalidad 3. Premios Iemprènjove Jóvenes Emprendedores Asociados (JEA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Un primer premio por un valor de 1.000&amp;nbsp;€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Dos segundos premios por un valor de 500&amp;nbsp;€ cada uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Cuatro accésits por un valor de 250&amp;nbsp;€ cada uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Los beneficiarios de los premios serán los centros educativos a los que pertenezcan los alumnos que presenten los proyectos empresariales ganadores y deberán repercutir directamente en el alumnado. Los beneficiarios deberán aplicar los fondos percibidos en acciones relacionadas con el programa educativo Iemprènjove o en mejoras formativas de los alumnos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de dos meses a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El modelo de solicitud a presentar en esta convocatoria se encuentra en las dependencias del IDI (plaza de Son Castelló, 1, 07009 Palma); así como en la web &lt;em&gt;iemprenjove.es y &lt;/em&gt;en la &lt;em&gt;Sede Electrónica de la CAIB&lt;/em&gt;. La solicitud deberá presentarse mediante el trámite telemático disponible en la Sede Electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, adjuntando a la solicitud la documentación que se detalla en el apartado noveno de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades solicitantes deberán efectuar la petición de la ayuda por medio de quien los represente legalmente, con la adecuada acreditación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos legales y los exigidos en la Orden de bases reguladoras y en esta convocatoria, se requerirá a la persona interesada para que en el plazo de diez días enmiende el error o aporte los documentos preceptivos, con la indicación de que, si no lo hace, se considerará que desiste de la petición, con la resolución previa que se dictará en los términos que establece el artículo&amp;nbsp;21 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Noveno&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se adjuntarán a las solicitudes los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Documento fehaciente que acredite la representación de la persona que actúa en nombre de la entidad solicitante. La representación podrá acreditarse por cualquier forma válida en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; CIF de la entidad y DNI de la persona que la representa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Acreditación de no estar sometido a ninguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en los apartados&amp;nbsp;1 y 2 del artículo&amp;nbsp;10 del texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, que deberá hacerse según lo que prevé el apartado&amp;nbsp;6 del mismo artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; En cuanto a los requisitos que establece el punto&amp;nbsp;3 del apartado sexto de esta convocatoria, la solicitud implicará la autorización para que el IDI pueda obtener información relativa al cumplimiento de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social y de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado y con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, excepto en el supuesto de que deniegue expresamente el consentimiento, supuesto en que deberá aportar el certificado correspondiente junto con la solicitud de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Los trabajos que se presentan al Concurso deberán incluir el proyecto con las indicaciones previstas en el apartado séptimo de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; En caso de optar a los programas JES, JEP y JEA, deberá aportarse una declaración responsable de la persona representante de la entidad solicitante en la que se exprese el compromiso incondicional de que el premio que se concede repercutirá directamente en el alumnado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Declaración responsable de veracidad de datos bancarios, debidamente rellenada y firmada según el modelo que se podrá encontrar en la dirección web &lt;em&gt;https://www.caib.es/seucaib/es/201/empresas/tramites/servicio/4486284&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) &lt;/em&gt;Declaración responsable que indique que las copias de los documentos aportados son reflejo veraz y exacto de los documentos originales y que dispone de la documentación original, la cual se compromete a presentar ante el IDI en el momento en el que le sea requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Décimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Instrucción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El órgano instructor de los expedientes será la directora gerente del IDI, que se encargará de comprobar que las solicitudes y la documentación presentada cumplen los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria. En el supuesto de que se observe algún defecto o que la documentación sea incompleta, se requerirá a la entidad interesada para que lo corrija, tal como se indica en el apartado octavo de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se podrá requerir de la entidad interesada la información y la documentación complementaria que pueda resultar relevante para evaluar los méritos alegados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El órgano instructor trasladará los expedientes al tribunal evaluador para que los evalúe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Undécimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tribunal evaluador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los trabajos presentados serán evaluados por un Tribunal integrado por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La directora gerente del IDI, como presidenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; El coordinador del Servicio de Información y Talento Empresarial, como vocal y secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;La directora general de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa, como vocal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Un técnico/a del IDI del Servicio de Información y Talento Empresarial, como vocal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Para los premios JEP, el director/a del Centro de Formación, Innovación y Desarrollos de Formación Profesional de las Illes Balears como vocal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) &lt;/em&gt;Para los premios JES y JEA, un técnico/a del IDI del área de diseño gráfico como vocal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Tribunal realizará una valoración previa según el apartado duodécimo punto&amp;nbsp;1 de la convocatoria de los proyectos presentados en formato electrónico y deberá fijar las fechas en que debe reunirse para que los grupos de trabajo que hayan presentado los proyectos en cada categoría los expongan, a fin de realizar la última valoración, según el punto duodécimo punto&amp;nbsp;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Tribunal comunicará a las entidades participantes la relación de los trabajos propuestos para los premios en acto público con fecha fichada por el Tribunal y por el IDI, por correo electrónico y la publicará en la web &lt;em&gt;http://www.Iemprenjove.es/premi&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duodécimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios de valoración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Tribunal deberá emitir una propuesta sobre los trabajos presentados teniendo en cuenta los siguientes criterios de valoración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En las categorías JES y JEA (modalidad proyecto empresarial):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;La idea de negocio y su propuesta de valor y ayuda a la mejora de uno de los tres retos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Proyectos de sensibilización hacia el cambio climático o de consumo sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Proyectos sociales de puesta en marcha de una empresa que busquen un cambio de la sociedad (del entorno de su centro), ayudando y colaborando todos juntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Proyectos TIC que busquen soluciones tecnológicas en problemas detectados en el entorno más cercano o de la sociedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este apartado tendrá una valoración de hasta 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;El desarrollo del modelo de negocio y los objetivos conseguidos tendrán una valoración de hasta 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;La integración de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible en el modelo de negocio tendrá una valoración de hasta 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;La calidad de la presentación, los medios utilizados y la puesta en escena tendrán una valoración de hasta 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En las categorías JEP (modalidad proyecto empresarial):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;La idea de negocio y su propuesta de valor tendrán una valoración de hasta 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;El desarrollo del modelo de negocio y los objetivos logrados tendrán una valoración de hasta 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;La integración de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible en el modelo de negocio tendrá una valoración de hasta 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;La calidad de la presentación, el contenido y los medios utilizados en el audiovisual tendrán una valoración de hasta 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Tribunal deberá emitir la segunda valoración, que se sumará a la del apartado 1, sobre los trabajos presentados en el acto público, teniendo en cuenta los siguientes criterios de valoración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;La calidad de la presentación, el contenido y la capacidad de comunicación tendrán una valoración de hasta 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Si en la elaboración de la prelación de proyectos, que es la suma del apartado 1 y 2, hay que obtienen la misma puntuación total tendrán preferencia los que hayan obtenido una mejor puntuación de acuerdo con lo que establece la letra b) del punto 1 de este apartado; si todavía persiste la igualdad, se tendrá en cuenta la puntuación obtenida de acuerdo con el que disponen las letras a) y c), sucesivamente y por este orden. Si todavía persiste la coincidencia, se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de presentación de la solicitud, de forma que tendrán preferencia las solicitudes presentadas antes respecto de las posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimotercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución del procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La directora gerente del IDI, como órgano instructor, emitirá, de acuerdo con la decisión del Tribunal evaluador, una propuesta de resolución de concesión de los premios que también incluirá la propuesta de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El presidente del IDI dictará la resolución motivada de la concesión y el pago de los premios de acuerdo con la propuesta emitida por la directora gerente. La resolución se publicará en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y en la página web del IDI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El plazo para dictar y notificar la resolución será de tres meses a contar a partir del día siguiente de la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa, la solicitud se entenderá desestimada de acuerdo con el artículo&amp;nbsp;22.2 del texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Las resoluciones que se dicten en el procedimiento agotarán la vía administrativa y, en contra, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que dictó la resolución impugnada, de acuerdo con el artículo&amp;nbsp;124 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. Así mismo, puede interponerse un recurso contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses ante el órgano competente de la jurisdicción contenciosa-administrativa, de acuerdo con lo que prevé la Ley&amp;nbsp;29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimocuarto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pago y justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El IDI deberá hacer efectivo el pago del premio directamente al beneficiario en un plazo máximo de un mes desde la resolución de concesión de la ayuda, en concepto de anticipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los beneficiarios deberán justificar la aplicación del importe de la subvención una vez llevada a cabo la actuación que fundamenta la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La entidad beneficiaria de la subvención estará obligada a justificar la aplicación del premio concedido a mejoras formativas del alumnado, en el plazo de tres meses a contar desde la percepción de la ayuda, mediante la presentación de una memoria y de una declaración responsable de la aplicación de los fondos, según lo que establece el artículo&amp;nbsp;25.f) de la Ley&amp;nbsp;2/2020, de 15 de octubre, de medidas urgentes y extraordinarias para el impulso de la actividad económica y la simplificación administrativa en el ámbito de las administraciones públicas de las Illes Balears para paliar los efectos de la crisis ocasionada por la COVID-19, y modificada por la Ley&amp;nbsp;4/2021, de 17 de diciembre, de medidas extraordinarias y urgentes para la ejecución de las actuaciones, en su disposición final primera, punto 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo esto, sin perjuicio de las actuaciones posteriores de comprobación y control por parte del IDI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoquinto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Concurrencia de ayudas o subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La percepción de los premios que establece esta convocatoria será compatible con otras ayudas o subvenciones que reciba el beneficiario de cualquier administración pública u otras entidades públicas o privadas que, aisladamente o en concurrencia, estén destinadas a las mismas acciones que son objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimosexto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Serán obligaciones de los beneficiarios de las ayudas las que establece el artículo&amp;nbsp;11 del texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las entidades ganadoras de los premios deberán hacer la publicidad adecuada; en particular, deberán incluir durante el plazo de un año desde la fecha de la publicación de la resolución de concesión en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; la imagen institucional del Gobierno de las Illes Balears en cualquier material de difusión de los proyectos premiados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En caso de incumplimiento de las obligaciones, podrá iniciarse expediente de revocación o de reintegro del premio con exigencia de interés de demora en los términos del artículo&amp;nbsp;43 y siguientes del texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoséptimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condiciones generales de participación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El otorgamiento de los premios establecidos en esta convocatoria implicará, sin necesidad de ninguna declaración por parte de los autores, el reconocimiento del derecho a favor del IDI a reproducir, traducir y difundir los trabajos premiados en las condiciones, los medios y a través de los sujetos, las entidades o las instituciones que considere oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El IDI se reservará el derecho a difundir el nombre y/o imágenes de las personas y centros ganadores, por los medios y formas de comunicación que considere convenientes y sin obligación de ninguna compensación. Se considerará que las personas y entidades participantes en los premios han dado su consentimiento al presentar los trabajos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las personas y entidades concursantes exoneran de toda responsabilidad al IDI en caso de que los trabajos resulten dañados o destruidos en caso fortuito o de fuerza mayor, mientras estén en su poder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La participación en este concurso implicará la aceptación incondicional de esta convocatoria, cuyos efectos se rigen por sus apartados y, si no, por la normativa general aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoctavo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interpretación y ejecución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Presidente del IDI podrá dictar las resoluciones, las circulares y las instrucciones que sean necesarias para interpretar y ejecutar esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimonoveno&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Protección de datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que establece el Reglamento (UE)&amp;nbsp;2016/679, general de protección de datos (RGPD), se informa de lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
