    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;La Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión celebrada el 2 de diciembre de 2022, adoptó, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Aprobar la concesión de una ayuda económica a las asociaciones de vecinos, comisiones de fiestas, asociaciones culturales y/o deportivas sin ánimo de lucro para la realización de fiestas correspondientes al periodo comprendido entre noviembre de 2021 y octubre 2022, a las asociaciones que organizan las fiestas que se detallan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;Aceptar la justificación, reconocer la obligación y ordenar el pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:101%"&gt; de 47.135,02 € (cuarenta y siete mil ciento treinta y cinco euros con dos céntimos) a favor de las asociaciones especificadas en su punto primero de este acuerdo, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2022/1/334/48000/01 de los vigentes presupuestos anuales del Consejo Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt; Notificar este acuerdo a las asociaciones interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:101%"&gt;- Publicar este acuerdo en el Tablón de anuncios de la OAC y en la página web de la Corporación y al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, si se tercia”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
