font-size:12px"><strong>Hechos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>1.-</strong> Mediante Decreto de Alcaldía de fecha 23 de Mayo de 2022 (BOIB núm. 68 de 26 de Mayo), se aprobó la oferta de ocupación pública de estabilización correspondiente al personal funcionario del Ayuntamiento de Selva, al amparo de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de Diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en la ocupación pública.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>2.- </strong>El fecha 28 de Noviembre de 2022, la mesa general de negociación, acordó rectificar el error material en relación a la plazas de técnico de educación infantil.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos jurídicos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>I.-</strong> El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de Octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que estos pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores de hechos materiales o aritméticos que figuren en sus actos .</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
