    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por medio del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de mayo de 2022 (BOIB n.º 67, de 24 de mayo), se aprobó la oferta de ocupación pública de estabilización correspondiente al personal funcionario y al personal laboral al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; en el ámbito de los servicios generales, en el marco de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en la ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Este Acuerdo también incluía una modificación de las plazas correspondientes al turno libre de las ofertas de empleo público ordinarias correspondientes a los años 2019 (BOIB n.º 171, de 21 de diciembre de 2019), 2020 (BOIB n.º 212, de 22 de diciembre de 2020) y 2021 (BOIB n.º 176, de 25 de diciembre de 2021, con corrección de errores en el BOIB n.º 13, de 25 de enero de 2022), respetando las tasas de reposición existentes en aquel momento y sin que las plazas de promoción interna sean objeto de modificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En fecha 1 de septiembre de 2022 y 6 de septiembre de 2022 se han publicado la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública y Igualdad, a propuesta de la directora general de Función Pública, por la cual se adjudican los puestos de trabajo de personal laboral fijo de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, objeto del procedimiento de provisión convocado por la Resolución de 12 de mayo de 2022 (BOIB n.º 63, de 14 de mayo) y la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública y Igualdad, a propuesta de la directora general de Función Pública, por la cual se adjudican los puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario de carrera de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, objeto del procedimiento de provisión aprobado por la Resolución de 22 de octubre de 2021 (BOIB EXT. n.º 150 de 1 de octubre)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Mediante estas dos resoluciones se ha llevado a cabo la adjudicación de algunos puestos de trabajo que afectan al contenido de las ofertas públicas de ocupación ordinarias correspondientes a los años 2019 y 2021, lo que hace necesaria su modificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo esto, y de acuerdo con el artículo 5.2.&lt;em&gt;k)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes Balears, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;l Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública y Igualdad, en la sesión de 12 de diciembre de 2022, adoptó entre otros, el siguiente Acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Modificar el anexo 5 y el anexo 7 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de mayo de 2022 correspondientes a las plazas del turno libre de las ofertas públicas de ocupación ordinarias de los años 2019 y 2021 en los términos que se indican en los anexos 1 y 2 del presente acuerdo, respetando las tasas de reposición existentes en aquel momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que agota la vía administrativa, cabe interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejo de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;También cabe interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2, 10.1 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa, sin perjuicio de que la persona interesada pueda interponer cualquier otro que considere procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
