    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;El Consejo de Administración en la sesión de día 2 de diciembre de 2022 ha acordado lo siguiente:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Modificar la oferta pública de empleo de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca para el año 2020, publicada inicialmente en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; de fecha 26 de marzo de 2020, con una corrección de errores publicada en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; de 23 de octubre de 2021 y un cambio reflejado en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; de 8 de octubre de 2022 y que, por causas sobrevenidas, debe sufrir otra modificación en lo que hace referencia a las plazas con la categoría profesional de interventor principal y la incorporación de una plaza de maquinista principal, que queda redactado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar este Acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las IIles Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Comunicar este Acuerdo a la Dirección General de Función Pública.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. Comunicar este Acuerdo a la Dirección General de Presupuestos.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;/strong&gt;. Dar traslado de este acuerdo al Instituto Balear de la Mujer a efectos del informe de impacto de género sobre la oferta pública de empleo 2020.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto&lt;/strong&gt;. Comunicarlo a la Escuela Balear de la Administración Pública, organismo que tramita la convocatoria de esta Oferta Pública de Empleo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo&lt;/strong&gt;. Dar traslado de este acuerdo al Comité de Empresa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo&lt;/strong&gt;. Facultar al director-gerente a la publicación del presente acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Contra este Acuerdo, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que dictó el acto en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de este Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de conformidad con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;También se podrá interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses&amp;nbsp; desde el día siguiente al de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 8.2. a) y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/p&gt;
