En fecha 24 de noviembre de 2021, el consejero<span style="display:none">&lt;A[consejero|conseller]&gt;</span> ejecutivo de Turismo y Deportes aprobó la convocatoria de subvenciones dirigida a Asociaciones de Familias de Alumnos para<span style="display:none">&lt;A[para|por]&gt;</span> la organización de actividades físicas y/o deportivas extraescolares dentro del curso escolar 2021/2022. El extracto de esta convocatoria se publicó en el BOIB nº. 33, de 5 de marzo de 2022</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Vista la solicitud de subvención y la documentación justificativa presentada por varias entidades en relación a los gastos correspondientes a las actuaciones realizadas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Visto el informe de concesión y justificación relativo a la documentación justificativa presentada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. La existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente queda garantizado en la aplicación presupuestaria 30.34101.48901 del presupuesto 2022 del Consejo de Mallorca.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Dado que la Intervención Delegada de la Misericordia ha emitido informe de fiscalización favorable. </span></p> <p><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Fundamentos de derecho</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. La Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca aprobada el día 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017) y modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La convocatoria de subvenciones dirigida a Asociaciones de Familias de Alumnos para<span style="display:none">&lt;A[para|por]&gt;</span> la organización de actividades físicas y/o deportivas extraescolares dentro del curso escolar 2021/2022, consistente en una ayuda económica para<span style="display:none">&lt;A[por|para]&gt;</span> la realización de proyectos orientados al ejercicio de actividades extraescolares físicas y/o deportivas dirigidas al alumnado de sus centros fuera del horario escolar.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.
