    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Os &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;comunico&lt;/span&gt; que el 1 de diciembre, el &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consejero&lt;/span&gt; Ejecutivo de Movilidad e Infraestructuras ha dictado la siguiente resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;«Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. El 10 de noviembre de 2022, la jefa de la Sección de&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Actividades &lt;/span&gt;ha emitido informe de necesidad de realizar la convocatoria 2023 de las pruebas evaluadoras del 2023 para obtener la acreditación profesional de personal de admisión y &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;control de ambiente interno &lt;/span&gt;(sefycu 3026352).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. A tal efecto, se ha redactado un borrador de las Bases de la convocatoria 2023 para obtener la acreditación profesional del personal de admisión y control de ambiente interno, que se adjuntan como anexo, y que han de regir la mencionada convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El 29 de noviembre de 2022, el área jurídica de la Secretaría Técnica de Movilidad e Infraestructuras ha emitido informe propuesta de resolución para la convocatoria del año 2023 (sefycu 3042018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 15 del Decreto 41/2011, de 29 de abril, Regulador de los &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;servicios de admisión y control de ambiente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;interno&lt;/span&gt; en las &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;actividades de espectáculos públicos &lt;/span&gt;y recreativas (BOIB núm.67 de 5 de mayo de 2011), establece que &lt;em&gt;los consejos insulares han de garantizar la convocatoria, con una periodicidad mínima anual de la prueba evaluadora mediante una resolución que se ha de publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(BOIB&lt;/span&gt;), con una antelación mínima de dos meses antes d la fecha de la prueba&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. El artículo 19.2 del Reglamento regulador de los servicios de admisión y &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;control de ambiente &lt;/span&gt;interno en &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;las actividades de espectáculos &lt;/span&gt;públicos y recreativas, en el ámbito de la isla de Mallorca (BOIB núm.171 de 12 de diciembre de 2013), establece que es el Consejo de Mallorca quien ha de realizar esta convocatoria mínima anual, y que en ella se ha de establecer, como mínimo, las fechas del examen, el temario, el contenido de la prueba, la composición del tribunal, el plazo y los requisitos de la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;solicitud de inscripción,&lt;/span&gt; los &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;criterios de corrección&lt;/span&gt;, el importe de las tasas y el procedimiento de la tramitación que se ha de seguir hasta la publicación definitiva de las calificaciones obtenidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. El expediente de la citada convocatoria no tiene contenido económico, por lo que no es necesario el informe previo de la Intervención General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; De acuerdo con el art. 33.2 m) de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, como titulares de sus departamentos, los consejeros ejecutivos tienen la atribución de conceder autorizaciones y licencias y adoptar decisiones relativas al ejercicio de actividades económicas, siempre que no sea competencia de otros órganos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Establecido esto, el art.8 h) i l'art. 1 l), &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;), del vigente Decreto por el cual se determina la organización del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, disponen que corresponde al &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consejero&lt;/span&gt; Ejecutivo de Movilidad e Infraestructuras aprobar el expediente de la convocatoria 2023 para obtener la acreditación profesional del personal de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativas de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por todo eso, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;dicto l&lt;/span&gt;a siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria 2023 para obtener, en Mallorca, la acreditación profesional del personal de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Aprobar las Bases que han de regir la convocatoria 2023, que se adjuntan como anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Convocar públicamente las pruebas evaluadoras de acuerdo con el contenido y requisitos que se exigen en las Bases, de la convocatoria 2023, aprobadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. Ordenar la publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; de esta convocatoria, de las bases aprobadas y de los anexos que las complementan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de la desestimación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no se ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;No obstante, se puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno. Todo de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;strong&gt;»&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Requisitos y condiciones generales de las personas aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Para participar en la convocatoria se han de cumplir los requisitos del artículo 10.2 del Reglamento regulador de los servicios de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativas, en el ámbito de Mallorca, que son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Ser mayor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b.&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Tener la nacionalidad española, ser nacional de alguno de los &lt;/span&gt;estados miembros &lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;de la Unión Europea o tener el permiso de residencia y de trabajo en España.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c.&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No tener antecedentes penales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d.&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Tener las aptitudes y capacidades físicas y psíquicas idóneas para el ejercicio de las funciones correspondientes, acreditadas mediante un certificado médico oficial donde se indique expresamente que la persona interesada &lt;em&gt;«reúne las aptitudes físicas y psíquicas idóneas para desarrollar las funciones de los servicios de admisión y control de ambiente interno»&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Tener unos conocimientos básicos de las lenguas oficiales de las Islas Baleares con la finalidad de poder &lt;/span&gt;atender al público que se dirija en estas lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;f.&amp;nbsp; Haber superado el curso básico de personal de los servicios de admisión y de control de ambiente interno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Todos estos requisitos se han de cumplir en el momento de la presentación de la solicitud en el Consejo Insular de Mallorca y se han de mantener durante el plazo de vigencia de la acreditación profesional. La falta de justificación de cualquiera de los requisitos mencionados determina la exclusión de la persona aspirante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Fechas de examen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las fechas de las pruebas evaluadoras para el año 2023 son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;*&amp;nbsp; Primera prueba:&amp;nbsp; 24 de febrero de 2023 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;*&amp;nbsp; Segunda prueba: 19 de mayo de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Requisitos de la solicitud de inscripción y plazo para presentarla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Para ser admitidas a las pruebas, las personas aspirantes han de aportar la documentación indicada en el artículo 19.3 del Reglamento regulador de los servicios de admisión y &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;control de ambiente interno &lt;/span&gt;en las &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;actividades de espectáculos públicos &lt;/span&gt;y recreativas, en el ámbito de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.1&amp;nbsp; Para tomar parte en estas pruebas se ha de presentar una declaración responsable sobre el &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt; de los requisitos, según el modelo de &lt;strong&gt;Anexo 5 &lt;/strong&gt;publicado junto con las bases de esta convocatoria, y que estará disponible en el servicio de Actividades del &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Departamento de Movilidad &lt;/span&gt;e Infraestructuras del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en la calle &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;General Riera&lt;/span&gt;, 113 (Llar de la Infància), de Palma de Mallorca, y en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca https://seu.conselldemallorca.net.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Con la declaración responsable, se ha de adjuntar toda la documentación necesaria, que se ha de presentar en cualquiera de las dos lenguas oficiales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y que ha de estar en vigor en el momento de presentarla en el Consejo Insular. Esta documentación es la que se detalla a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a.&amp;nbsp;Una fotografía reciente modelo &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DNI&lt;/span&gt;, preferiblemente en formato digital. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Fotocopia del &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DNI/NIE/pasaporte &lt;/span&gt;o permiso de residencia y de trabajo en España o documentos equivalentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c.&amp;nbsp;Certificado en que conste que la persona aspirante no tiene antecedentes penales en España ni, si corresponde, en el país de origen. Se entiende por país de origen, aquel o aquellos países de los cuales &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;tengan&lt;/span&gt; reconocida la nacionalidad. En este último caso, se ha de presentar el certificado o los &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;certificados de penales &lt;strong&gt;originales con una traducción oficial&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En relación con &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el certificado de antecedentes penales &lt;/span&gt;de España, la persona aspirante puede autorizar al órgano instructor para&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; que consulte la base de datos del Registro Central de Penados del Ministerio de Justicia del Gobierno de España. En este caso &lt;/span&gt;no hará falta que se aporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Excepcionalmente, si el órgano instructor no puede obtener este certificado, se requerirá a la persona aspirante para que lo aporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d.Certificado médico oficial de aptitud psicológica y de salud médica favorable, donde se indique expresamente que la persona interesada &lt;em&gt;«reúne las aptitudes físicas y psíquicas idóneas para desarrollar las funciones de los servicios de admisión y control de ambiente interno»&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. &amp;nbsp;Justificante del pago de la tasa correspondiente. Las instrucciones para hacer efectivo el pago de la tasa, se pueden consultar en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.2 &amp;nbsp;Los &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;certificados mencionados en el punto anterior han de estar vigentes en el momento de presentarlos en el Consejo Insular. Si no se indica la validez, se entenderá válido por un periodo de 3 meses a contar desde la fecha de expedición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.3&amp;nbsp; La declaración responsable, junto con la documentación referida, se puede&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; presentar de cualquiera de las siguientes formas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp; Telemática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por medio del registro electrónico: del Consejo Insular de Mallorca:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net. o cualquiera de los puntos de acceso general electrónico. En caso de que la autenticidad de la documentación adjunta no se pueda verificar por medios electrónicos, se han de presentar los originales de esta documentación antes de finalizar el procedimiento o de la expedición de la acreditación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Presencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En cualquier oficina de la Administración Insular, de la Administración Autonómica, de la Administración General del Estado, del resto de comunidades autónomas o de las entidades que integran la Administración Local. En las Representaciones Diplomáticas u Oficinas Consulares de España en el extranjero, o en cualquier otro lugar que establezcan las disposiciones vigentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Por correo postal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En este caso, se han de presentar los documentos en un sobre abierto, con el fin de que el personal de la oficina de correos pueda indicar, mediante el sello oficial (preferiblemente en el Anexo 5 de Declaración Responsable), el lugar y la fecha en que se ha realizado el registro. Estos datos también quedan anotados en el resguardo justificativo. En caso contrario, se entenderá como fecha de presentación la de entrada en el Registro General del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.4 &amp;nbsp;La falta de presentación de la citada documentación determina la exclusión de la persona aspirante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.5 &amp;nbsp;Los plazos para presentar la declaración responsable para inscribirse en las pruebas evaluadoras previstas para el año 2023 son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;*&amp;nbsp; del 16 al 27 de enero de 2023 (ambos incluidos), para la primera prueba de 24 de febrero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;*&amp;nbsp; del 3 al 19 de abril de 2023 (ambos incluidos), para la segunda prueba de 19 de mayo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud fuera de plazo determina la exclusión de la persona aspirante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Tasas y derechos de examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De acuerdo con la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa correspondiente a trámites administrativos y servicios en relación a la acreditación del personal del servicio de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativas publicada en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; núm. 176, de 21 de diciembre de 2013, las tasas y derechos de examen correspondientes son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.1 &amp;nbsp;Finalizado el plazo para presentar las solicitudes, el tribunal calificador ha de aprobar y hacer pública, en el plazo máximo de diez días hábiles, la lista provisional de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con la indicación individualizada de las causas de exclusión de las que no han sido admitidas según la codificación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Código 1: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Solicitud presentada fuera de plazo (&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;base 4.5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; de esta convocatoria)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.2&amp;nbsp; En el plazo máximo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de finalizar el periodo de subsanación, el tribunal calificador ha de aprobar la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas de la convocatoria, y la ha de hacer pública por los mismos medios mencionados en el punto 6.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.3&amp;nbsp; En las listas definitivas de personas admitidas y excluidas, el tribunal calificador ha de hacer constar, asimismo, las horas y lugares en que se han de realizar las pruebas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.2 &amp;nbsp; Con la convocatoria previa de la persona que ejerce la presidencia, el tribunal se ha de constituir con la asistencia de la mayoría de las personas que lo componen, titulares o suplentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En esta sesión, el tribunal ha de acordar todas las decisiones que correspondan para el desarrollo correcto de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Las actuaciones de estas personas asesoras se han de reflejar en las actas. Asimismo, el tribunal se puede valer de personal auxiliar durante el desarrollo material de los ejercicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Perfiles de conductas y comportamientos de las personas, especialmente cuando se encuentran en estado de embriaguez o de haber consumido drogas y estupefacientes, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;TEMA 12.&amp;nbsp; Nociones básicas sobre sistemas de comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;(Bloque 4) Materias técnicas y sanitarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;TEMA 14. Conceptos básicos sobre primeros auxilios y situaciones de asistencia sanitaria inmediata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;TEMA 15. Conceptos básicos sobre intervenciones ante el consumo de alcohol, tabaco y drogas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;TEMA 16. Conceptos básicos relacionados con las agresiones sexuales y sexistas, la violencia machista y la LGTBIfòbia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Prácticas preceptivas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El curso básico, ha de garantizar un mínimo de 10 horas lectivas de prácticas preceptivas, de acuerdo con el artículo 4.1.d del Reglamento regulador de los servicios de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativas, en el ámbito de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;9.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Desarrollo y contenido de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;9.1 &amp;nbsp;Las personas aspirantes de la lista de admitidas han de asistir a la sesión a la cual sean convocadas; si no comparecen se las considerará “no presentado/a”, excepto en los casos que se haya alegado y justificado con anterioridad a la realización del ejercicio, en estos casos, el tribunal ha de adoptar una resolución motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;9.2 &amp;nbsp;Las personas aspirantes han de llevar, para cada ejercicio, el documento nacional de identidad o un documento identificativo equivalente en vigor. En cualquier momento, durante las pruebas, el tribunal puede requerirles que acrediten su identidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;9.3 &amp;nbsp;Para realizar las pruebas, las personas aspirantes no pueden utilizar ningún tipo de documentación, aparato electrónico, calculadoras, ni similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;9.4 &amp;nbsp;El examen constará de una prueba teórica tipo test dividida&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; en 4 &lt;/span&gt;bloques&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;, con un total&lt;/span&gt; de 40 preguntas (10 preguntas por bloque sobre el temario que se ha especificado en el punto 8 de esta convocatoria. Cada pregunta englobará 4 respuestas posibles, de las cuales sólo una es la correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;9.5&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;La duración de las pruebas será de 90 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El enunciado o contenido, como también el desarrollo de las pruebas, los ha de determinar previamente el tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los criterios de corrección son los que se especifican en el punto 10 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;10.&amp;nbsp;Criterios de corrección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;La prueba consta de 4 &lt;/span&gt;bloques&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; de 10 preguntas cada uno, con una puntuación total de 40 puntos&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Cada pregunta contestada correctamente se valorará con 1 punto; las preguntas no resueltas, tanto si figuran las cuatro opciones en blanco como si figura más de una respuesta, no se valorarán. En cuanto a las preguntas con respuesta errónea, se penalizarán con 0,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La prueba se calificará como apto o no apto. Para tener la calificación de apto &lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;es necesario obtener un mínimo de 20 puntos y &lt;/span&gt;ningún bloque por &lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;debajo de 4,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;11.&amp;nbsp;Lista de personas aptas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;11.1&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; El tribunal calificador ha de publicar para cada prueba evaluadora la lista provisional de las personas aspirantes que resulten aptas y no aptas, incluyendo las que no se hayan presentado a la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En la lista se ha de indicar la calificación con la identificación de la persona aspirante, y se ha de explicitar el plazo, que no puede ser superior a 3 días, en el cual las personas interesadas pueden solicitar, por escrito, la revisión del ejercicio. Asimismo, ha de hacer mención: del lugar, días y horario en que se pueden hacer estas revisiones, y el plazo en que se pueden interponer reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Esta lista se publicará en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;11.2 &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Finalizado el proceso de revisión, el tribunal calificador ha de elevar al consejero ejecutivo de Movilidad e Infraestructuras, para cada prueba de la convocatoria, la lista definitiva de personas aptas, no aptas y no presentadas para que la apruebe y se publique en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB) y en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;12.&amp;nbsp;Expedición de la tarjeta de identificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En el plazo máximo de diez días a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado la lista definitiva de los resultados de la prueba evaluadora en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, el Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;Servicio de Actividades ubicado en la calle del General Riera, 113 (Llar de la Infància) de Palma, pondrá a disposición de las &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;personas declaradas aptas la &lt;/span&gt;tarjeta de identificación &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;que las acredita como profesional, y que podrán recoger &lt;/span&gt;previa identificación de la persona interesada, y comprobado que se ha abonado la tasa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;13.&amp;nbsp;Reclamaciones administrativas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las personas interesadas pueden impugnar estas bases y los actos administrativos que derivan de la actuación del tribunal, en el plazo y la forma que establece la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El tribunal calificador ha de resolver todas las incidencias que se susciten en el transcurso de esta convocatoria, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el régimen de recursos administrativos que prevé la citada Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tal como indica el art. 12 de la Ley 8/1989, de 13 de abril de Tasas y precios públicos, los derechos de examen serán reintegrados a las personas aspirantes excluidas de la participación en las pruebas evaluadoras, siempre que sea por causas no imputables al sujeto pasivo y formulen la reclamación correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
