    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por el Pleno de la Corporación, de 24 de noviembre de 2022, y por Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2906/2022, de 14 de noviembre, se acordó crear una Mesa de Contratación permanente, como órgano de asistencia al órgano de contratación, para&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; todos los procedimientos de contratación en los que resulte preceptiva o potestativa su constitución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Mesa de contratación del Ayuntamiento de Andratx estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presidente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt; Jaume Porsell Alemany, concejal delegado del Área de Personal y Servicio de Atención al Ciudadano, y del Área de Policia y Seguridad Ciudadana con DNI ***2302** &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
