    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 117, de 23 de septiembre de 2017, se publicó el Decreto 46/2017, de 22 de septiembre, por el que se regulan los premios anuales Esports IB, que, de acuerdo con el artículo 1, tienen por objeto honrar y reconocer la actividad deportiva de personas, deportistas, equipos, clubs y entidades relacionadas con el ámbito de la actividad física y el deporte. El artículo 2 establece que los premios tendrán carácter anual y de naturaleza honorífica, no retribuida y no generaran ningún efecto económico. Las distinciones, que consistirán en un galardón con una imagen representativa de las Illes Balears, son personales e intransferibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Según el artículo del 6 del Decreto 46/2017, corresponde a la Asamblea Balear del Deporte formular las propuestas o candidaturas de cada una de las modalidades convocadas de los galardones deportivos y de las menciones al mérito deportivo de las Illes Balears. El artículo 7 regula el jurado, como un órgano colegiado al que le corresponde valorar las propuestas o candidaturas presentadas por la Asamblea Balear del Deporte, cuya presidenta es la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por otro lado, del artículo 9 se desprende que el jurado, mediante su presidenta, ha de elevar los nombres de los candidatos propuestos por la Asamblea Balear del Deporte al Consejo de Gobierno, el cual ha de adoptar el acuerdo de concesión de los premios y menciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, de 15 de septiembre de 2022, publicada en el BOIB núm. 123, de 20 de septiembre de 2022, se convocaron los premios anuales Esports IB 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El 2 de noviembre se reunió la Asamblea Balear del Deporte para hacer la propuesta de las candidaturas a los premios y menciones, en el marco de esta convocatoria. El 21 de noviembre tuvo lugar la sesión en la que el jurado de los premios anuales Esports IB realizó las votaciones para elegir las candidaturas galardonadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, como presidenta del jurado y de acuerdo con el artículo 9 del Decreto 46/2017 y el apartado 7.1 de la Resolución, de 15 de setiembre de 2022, de convocatoria de los premios, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, en la sesión del día 28 de noviembre de 2022, adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Otorgar los premios anuales Esports IB 2022, que son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Premios para cada categoría:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ponemos valores al deporte: Sra. Tatiana Ferreira Atao.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Promesa masculina: Sr. Izan Guevara Bonnin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Promesa femenina: Sra. Noa Djiu Morro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mejor deportista femenina: Sra. Mavi García Cañellas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mejor deportista masculino: Sr. Augusto Fernández Guerra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mejor deportista de deporte adaptado masculino: Sr. Xavi Torres Ramis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mejor deportista de deporte adaptado femenino: Sra. Violeta del Reino Diez del Valle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mejor equipo femenino: Avarca Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mejor equipo masculino: Mallorca Palma Futsal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
