    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Aprobado inicialmente, por el Pleno de esta Corporación, en sesión extraordinaria tenida el 13 de octubre de 2022, el expediente de créditos extraordinarios y suplemento de crédito (Expediente 8.631/2022) al presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Alaior de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Publicado el pertinente anuncio en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 137, de 22 de octubre de 2022, y transcurrido el plazo de 15 días, legalmente establecido, sin que se haya presentado ningún tipo de reclamación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En conformidad con el artículo 177, en relación con el 169, del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley que regula las Haciendas Locales, se entiende definitivamente aprobado el mencionado expediente, del cual se publica a continuación el resumen por capítulos del presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Alaior de este año, una vez aplicada el mencionado suplemento de crédito:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
