    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consell Insular en sesión de carácter ordinario de 21 de noviembre de 2022, adoptó, entre otros, el acuerdo de aprobación provisional de la siguiente modificación presupuestaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar provisionalmente el expediente de suplemento de créditos 1/2022 del Instituto Menorquín de Estudios, financiado con cargo al remanente de tesorería para gasto general según liquidación del presupuesto del ejercicio 2021, según se detalla en la memoria que consta en el expediente 0426/2022/000021 y que se resume en la siguiente tabla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar provisionalmente la adición en el Anexo II de la base de ejecución 22 del vigente presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca de la siguiente ayuda nominativa, con arreglo a la memoria que consta en el expediente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Subvención, con cargo al programa presupuestario 23134 Promoción y Atención a las Personas Mayores Dependientes y Envejecimiento Activo (aplicación presupuestaria 3-23134-7800000), a favor del Club de Jubilados y Pensionistas Entidad Cultural de Maó, por un importe máximo de 150.000,00 €, con el objeto de contribuir en la adquisición del inmueble de la sede de la entidad en el local ubicado en la Calle Vasallo 33 de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0.18cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Disponer la exposición al público del expediente relativo a estas modificaciones presupuestarias, por un plazo de 15 días hábiles contados desde el día siguiente a aquél en que se publique el correspondiente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, que también se publicará en el tablón de edictos de la corporación, a fin de que las personas interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que consideren pertinentes ante el Pleno. Y, en caso de que en el período de información pública no se presentara ninguna reclamación, se considerará definitivamente aprobado y se publicará en el BOIB en los términos que establece la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
