&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los acuerdos adoptados, juntamente con sus expedientes, estarán expuestos al público en el departamento de Intervención del Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella de Menorca, por un plazo de 15 días hábiles a contar desde el siguiente al de la presente publicación, durante los cuales los interesados podrán examinarlo y presentar reclamaciones ante el Pleno, por las motivaciones contenidas en el artículo 170.2 del RD 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de Haciendas Locales. De conformidad con el acuerdo adoptado el Presupuesto se considerará definitivamente aprobado, si durante el mencionado periodo no se presentan reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El presente edicto, se publica en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 20 del RD 500/90, en relación con el artículo 169.1 del RD 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de Haciendas Locales y el artículo 112.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
