681008 CAIB 47697 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:1">El regidor del Área de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, por resolución número 20333 de 10 de noviembre de 2022, acordó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:1"><strong>PRIMERO </strong>.- Aprobar el anexo I que se adjunta, según la propuesta de notas definitivas del primer ejercicio de oposición, efectuada por el tribunal calificador, de las pruebas del proceso selectivo de la convocatoria por concurso oposición por el turno libre para la cobertura de una plaza de TÉCNICA/A SUPERIOR DE MEDIO AMBIENTE, vacante a la plantilla de funcionarios/arias de este Ayuntamiento perteneciente a la Escala la Administración especial, Subescala técnica, clase superior, grupo A, subgrupo A1, dotadas presupuestariamente, correspondientes a la tasa de estabilización de trabajo temporal de las ofertas públicas de empleo del año 2017.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:1"><strong>SEGUNDO </strong>.- El presente bolsín, tiene carácter provisional de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 4.10 del Decreto 30/2009 de 22 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el procedimiento de selección de personal funcionario interino al servicio de la administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, “ <em>agotada la posibilidad del apartado anterior, antes de aplicar el procedimiento extraordinario y sólo hasta la constitución definitiva de la bolsa de trabajo que tendrá lugar cuando termine el proceso selectivo de personal funcionario de un determinado cuerpo, escala o especialidad, puede utilizarse, para nombrar personal funcionario interino de ese mismo cuerpo, escala o especialidad, la relación de las personas aspirantes que hayan aprobado alguna de las pruebas o ejercicios realizados hasta ese momento, de acuerdo con el orden de prelación recogido en el artículo 3.4 de este Decreto. Las personas funcionarias interinas que comiencen a prestar servicios como consecuencia de este supuesto, estarán en la situación de no disponible en la bolsa que se constituya al finalizar el citado proceso selectivo. En el momento del cese se incorporan automáticamente a la bolsa ordinaria constituida, en el orden de prelación que les corresponda de acuerdo con el apartado 3 de este artículo </em>.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
