    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La siguiente convocatoria del proceso selectivo de la categoría de funcionarios del grupo A1 i/o A2, por sistema de concurso-oposición, fue aprobada mediante resolución de Alcaldía número 183, de día 15/11/2022:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- Aprobar la convocatoria para la estabilización extraordinaria de la ocupación temporal del Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella de Menorca de las plazas de personal funcionario de las escalas, subescalas, clases y categorías (o especialidades) de administración general y/ o especial de los subgrupos A1 y/o A2, por el sistema de concurso-oposición, que se adjunta como Anexo (c.ii) a esta resolución, la cual se regirá por las bases generales del Decreto Ley 6/2022 de 13 de junio , de nuevas medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad en la ocupación de las Illes Balears, y por las Bases específicas que se aprobaron por acuerdo adoptado por la Junta de Gobierno municipal, reunida en sesión ordinaria de día 9 de noviembre de 2022 y en todo lo no previsto por lo que determina el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, así como el resto de normativa que sea ​​de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar este acuerdo en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella de Menorca. Asimismo, publicar la convocatoria y las bases específicas íntegras en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears. Anuncio de la convocatoria se publicará en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
