260 CAIB 669189 2022-11-18 47564 CAIB CAIB 666616 2022-11-14 2022-11-18 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 881/2022, de fecha 09/11/2022, se ha dictado la resolución siguiente: </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero. </strong>Aprobar la convocatoria de las plazas para la estabilización extraordinaria de ocupación temporal del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries que se adjunta como Anexo a estos acuerdos, la cual se regirá por las bases generales del Decreto Ley 6/2022 de 13 de junio, de nuevas medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad en la ocupación de las Islas Baleares, y por las Bases específicas que se aprueban simultáneamente a esta convocatoria y en todo aquello no previsto por el que determina el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, así como el resto de normativa que sea de aplicación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo.</strong> Publicar estos acuerdos en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries, y en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.</em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De acuerdo con el Punto 5 de las bases específicas, el plazo para presentar la solicitud es de veinte días hábiles contadores del día siguiente a la publicación del anuncio de convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Si el último día de presentación de instancias cae en sábado o festivo, se prorroga hasta el día hábil siguiente.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero.</strong> Notificar estos acuerdos al Consejo Insular de Menorca para que publique el edicto en su página web https://oposicions.cime.es. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrán interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Recurso de reposición, con carácter POTESTATIVO, a interponer ante el mismo órgano que ha dictado la presente resolución. Este recurso se podrá interponer en el plazo de UNO (1) MAS, contado a partir del día siguiente al de recepción de la presente notificación. Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de reposición podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de seis meses contadores a partir del día siguiente a su desestimación presunta. En ningún caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que no se haya resuelto expresamente o no se haya producido la desestimación presunta del recurso de reposición interpuesto.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el correspondiente juzgado del contencioso–administrativo, en el plazo de DOS (2) MESES contados desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución, en conformidad con lo que dispone la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Todo lo anterior es sin perjuicio que se puedan utilizar todos cuántos recursos alternativos se estime procedente.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
