    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley 24/2013, de 26 de diciembre, del sector eléctrico; el Real Decreto 1955/2000, de 1 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministro y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de energía eléctrica; el Decreto 99/1997, de 11 de julio, por el que se regula el procedimiento administrativo aplicable a la tramitación de las instalaciones eléctricas de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares; el Decreto 96/2005, de 23 de septiembre, de aprobación definitiva de la revisión del Plan Director Sectorial Energético de las Islas Baleares; la Ley 13/2012, de 20 de noviembre, de medidas urgentes para la activación económica en materia de industria, energía, nuevas tecnologías, residuos, aguas, otras actividades y medidas tributarias; la Ley 21/2013, de 9 de noviembre, de evaluación ambiental y el Decreto legislativo 1/2020, de 28 de agosto por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de evaluación ambiental de las Islas Baleares; se somete a información pública la petición de Good Wind Entertainment, SL, para dar cumplimiento al procedimiento previsto para la autorización administrativa, la declaración de utilidad pública y la tramitación ambiental del proyecto, cuyas características principales se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Expediente: RE 009/17A &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Denominación: Alicantí II (ampliación del parque fotovoltaico Alicantí I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Situación: polígono 16, parcelas 784,787, 788 de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Datos técnicos de la instalación existente (Alicantí I): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Superficie: 24.630 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.152 paneles solares de 320 Wp de potencia unitaria; Potencia pico total de 2.928,64 kWp.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;36 inversores de 66 kWn cada uno, un centro de transformación y CMM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Líneas de evacuación soterradas y conexión sobre la línea de media tensión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Datos técnicos de la ampliación (Alicantí II): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Superficie: 14.501 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.032 paneles solares de 490 Wp de potencia unitaria; Potencia pico total de 1.975,68 kWp.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7 inversores de 250 kWn cada uno. Potencia instalada de 1.750 kW, un centro de transformación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Líneas de evacuación soterradas y conexión sobre la línea de media tensión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para que el proyecto mencionado se pueda examinar en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
