font-size:12px">Las bases de la convocatoria que rigen este proceso selectivo fueron aprobadas por acuerdo de la junta de gobierno local de 7 de septiembre de 2022 (BOIB nº 122, de 17.09.2022).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por resolución de alcaldía de19 de octubre se aprobó la relación definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En sesiones de 24 y de 31 de octubre la comisión técnica de valoración calculó los méritos acreditados por las aspirantes y rectificó errores; las puntuaciones provisionales se publicaron en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del ayuntamiento.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La comisión técnica, en sesión de 7 de noviembre, ha revisado las valoraciones en función de las alegaciones presentades a la puntuación provisional y ha elevado a la alcaldía la lista definitiva de aspirantes, ordenada según la puntuación obtenida.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Fundamentos de derecho</span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes des de su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.
