    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada inicialmente por el Pleno del Consell Insular de Eivissa en fecha 28 de octubre de 2022, la propuesta que a continuación se relaciona, de conformidad con lo que establecen los artículos 169.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y el artículo 20.1 del RD 500/90, de 5 de abril, así como el artículo 112 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas legitimadas según lo dispuesto en el artículo 170.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, y por los motivos taxativamente establecidos en el apartado 2º de dicho artículo, podrán presentar reclamaciones durante dicho plazo de 15 días hábiles siguientes al de la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, el expediente se considerará definitivamente aprobado si no se presentara ninguna:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
