font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno Local, de fecha 31 de octubre de 2022, se ha aprobado la Corrección errata detectada en el acuerdo por el que se aprueba la oferta de empleo público de estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Muro</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Lo que hacemos público en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del sitio web del Ayuntamiento de Muro (https://www.ajmuro.net/ca/ofertes-feina), a los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2.015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra la mencionada resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer de forma alternativa, los siguientes recursos: o bien recurso potestativo de reposición, a interponer ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el el día siguiente de la notificación de la presente resolución, o bien directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, a interponer ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de esta resolución; todo ello sin perjuicio de que los interesados puedan interponer aquellos otros recursos que consideren procedentes.</span></p> <p><strong>«Corrección errata detectada en el acuerdo por el que se aprueba la oferta de empleo público de estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Muro</strong></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mediante el acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión celebrada el pasado día 23/05/2022, (BOIB núm. 68, de 26 de mayo), se aprobó la oferta de empleo público de estabilización correspondiente al personal funcionario y al personal laboral al servicio del Ayuntamiento de Muro.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que éstas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio oa instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos que existan en sus actos.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000;
