font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">El Sr. Alcalde, mediante Decreto núm 3486/2022 de 27 de octubre de 2022, ha adoptado la siguiente resolución:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Expirado el plazo de presentación de instancias de solicitud de admisión para formar parte del procedimiento de selección, por promoción interna, mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición, de </span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">una plaza de SUBINSPECTOR, como funcionario de carrera.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">De conformidad con las bases aprobadas junto con la convocatoria por la Junta de Gobierno Local, de fecha <span style="color:#000000">13 de julio</span> de 2022, publicadas en el BOIB n.º 93, de 19 de julio de 2022 y rectificación de las bases publicadas en el BOIB n.º. 122 de 17 de septiembre de 2022.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Examinados los requisitos y condiciones presentados en sus solicitudes por las personas interesadas para tomar parte en el proceso selectivo y en cumplimiento con lo establecido en la base segunda de las bases reguladoras.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">En aplicación a lo establecido en la base quinta relativa al Tribunal Evaluador y recibidas las propuestas de miembros realizadas por los Organismos correspondientes que deben formar parte del Tribunal que realizará la selección.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Por el presente, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos de 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y 24.d) del Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>RESUELVO</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
