&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de diciembre), se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Dirección General de Coordinación, Relaciones con el Parlamento, Derechos y Diversidad de la Consejería de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad ha instado una modificación dentro del punto 1 («Igualdad») del objetivo IV («Cohesión social»), en el sentido de añadir una nueva línea, la línea IV.1.34, con el objetivo de posibilitar la convocatoria de ayudas para la realización de actividades extraescolares y reducir el coste de las actividades extraescolares para la familias, contribuyendo, de esta manera, a la conciliación de la vida familiar, laboral y personal de las familias, dado el escenario económico mundial determinado por la crisis energética derivada de la guerra en Ucrania, que ha supuesto un incremento generalizado de los precios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El apartado tercero del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno mencionado establece que la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se delegan en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores aprobar y modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, y el Decreto &lt;span style="background-color:#f7f7f7"&gt;1/2022, de 27 de julio, &lt;/span&gt;de la presidenta de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, en que se nombra a la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2021-2023, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de diciembre), en cuanto al objetivo IV, sobre cohesión social, y más concretamente su punto 1, relativo a igualdad, de forma que se añade una nueva línea, la línea IV.1.34, con el siguiente contenido&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;IV.1.34&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Objetivos y efectos: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;reducir el coste de las actividades extraescolares para contribuir a la conciliación de la vida familiar, laboral y personal de las familias&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Convocatoria: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;anual (2022)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Coste: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.000.000,00 €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
