44993 110 635148 CAIB ![CDATA[Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud por la que se aprueba la corrección de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud publicada el 27 de octubre de 2022, por la que se aprueba la lista de personas que han superado el concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes en la categoría de trabajador/trabajadora social del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares]] ![CDATA[<p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Antecedentes</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En fecha 27 de octubre de 2022, se publicó la resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares por la que se aprueba la lista de personas que han superado el concurso-oposición para cubrir las plazas vacantes de la categoría de trabajador/trabajadora social, en la que han sido detectados errores materiales y aritméticos, los cuales son necesarios proceder a su corrección.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El art. 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, establece que “las Administraciones Públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos”.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El art. 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponderá al órgano que hubiera dictado el acto o la disposición objeto de corrección.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Corregir los errores advertidos en el anexo 4 de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud publicada el 27 de octubre de 2022, por la cual se aprueba la lista de personas que han superado el concurso-oposición para cubrir las plazas vacantes de la categoría de trabajador/trabajadora social.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.
