    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines por el que se aprueba definitivamente la modificación de la relación de puestos de trabajo consistente es subsanar errores de la RLLT aprobada en fecha 10/09/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Habiendo terminado la aprobación de la modificación de la Relación de los Puestos de trabajo de este Ayuntamiento por el Pleno en sesión celebrada el día 24/10/2022,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 127 del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, aprobado por Real decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp; 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por medio del presente anuncio, se procede a la publicación íntegra de la enmienda de modificación (la Relación de Puestos de trabajo en su integridad, se publicó en el BOIB nº 199, de 24/11/2020):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Aprobada la primera relación de puestos de trabajo publicada en el BOIB 199 de 24/11/2020, se han detectado algunos errores en la redacción de la misma que se considera conveniente subsanar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso del puesto de trabajo F001100001, se observa error en la escala y asignación del titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por lo expuesto se propone la modificación y quedando de la siguiente forma:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CODIGO: F00110001&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de los puestos de trabajo F0050001, F0050002 y F0060001, y tal y como se ha llevado a cabo con todo el resto de los puestos de trabajo, se debe adecuar el nivel de catalán a lo establecido en el Decreto 11/2017, de 24 de marzo (BOIB nº 36 de 25 de marzo de 2017), por lo que el nivel que les corresponde, de acuerdo con el artículo tercero, apartado b), es el B2.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra el Acuerdo plenario, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, los interesados podrán interponer alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Pleno del Ayuntamiento,&amp;nbsp; en el placo de un mes a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la notificación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 123.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, advierte que, si se optase por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
