CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, aprueba la urgencia de este asunto.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">En fecha 19 de septiembre el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Menorca aprobó las bases y la convocatoria para la provisión del puesto de trabajador social en el Servicio Insular de Familia del Departamento de Bienestar Social del Consell Insular de Menorca, publicado en el BOIB núm. 132, de 11 de octubre de 2022.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto que se ha detectado un error material en la base tercera, la base novena y en el anexo I, concretamente en quien puede participar en el proceso.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que las bases mencionadas también deben ajustarse al régimen de recursos previsto en el artículo 66 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Por lo expuesto anteriormente, es necesario corregir el error de las bases para la provisión del puesto de trabajador social al Servicio Insular de Familia del Departamento de Bienestar Social del Consell Insular de Menorca.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Como consejera ejecutiva jefe del Departamento de Servicios Generales y en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas al artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares,</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dada la propuesta de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Servicios Generales,</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, adopta los siguientes acuerdos:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Primero.</strong> Hacer las siguientes correcciones en las bases para la provisión del puesto de trabajador social al Servicio Insular de Familia del Departamento de Bienestar Social del Consell Insular de Menorca, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 132, de 11 de octubre de 2022.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Donde dice:</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">«</span></span></span><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Tercera.
