font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Objeto y finalidad</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">La finalidad de las ayudas es incentivar a las personas y entidades beneficiarias para llevar a cabo iniciativas para mejorar el nivel y la calidad de vida y promocionar el desarrollo sostenible de las poblaciones de las áreas de influencia socioeconómica del Parque Nacional marítimo terrestre del archipiélago de Cabrera, de manera compatible con la conservación ambiental.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Tercero<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></strong></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Actuaciones subvencionables</strong></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Son actuaciones subvencionables las que tengan por objeto el fomento de una actividad de utilidad pública o de interés social o de promoción de una finalidad pública, en el área de influencia socioeconómica del Parque Nacional de Cabrera, destinadas a los siguientes fines:</span></p> <ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;La conservación o restauración del patrimonio natural, siempre que presenten un valor ecológico manifiesto.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;La divulgación de los valores e importancia del Parque Nacional entre amplios sectores de la sociedad local.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;La eliminación de cualquier clase de impacto sobre los valores naturales o culturales que justificaron la creación del Parque Nacional, incluso el impacto visual sobre la percepción estética del Parque Nacional ocasionado por infraestructuras preexistentes.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;Garantizar la compatibilidad e integración de las actividades y los usos tradicionales con la finalidad y objetivos del Parque Nacional y potenciar su mejora tecnológica, incorporación comercial y proyección social.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;La formación de la población local en tareas relacionadas con la gestión del Parque Nacional en cualquier de sus facetas, así como la conservación de los valores naturales y culturales que justificaron su declaración o con el uso sostenible de los recursos naturales renovables.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;La conservación o restauración del patrimonio arquitectónico, así como aquellas que contribuyan a la recuperación de la tipología constructiva tradicional, siempre que presenten un valor histórico-artístico o cultural a escala local manifiesto.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;La conservación de infraestructuras y equipaciones destinadas a facilitar el disfrute, el conocimiento, el uso compatible, la seguridad y la accesibilidad de las personas en el medio natural.</span></span></span></li> </ol> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Cuantía</strong></span></span></span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Los beneficiarios podrán presentar una solicitud por cada proyecto a subvencionar, hasta un máximo de cinco solicitudes por beneficiario.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
