    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno&amp;nbsp;de la Corporación, en sesión ordinaria de día 29 de septiembre de 2022, ha aprobado las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones y ayudas económicas para facilitar el acceso al deporte de competición y realización de actividades deportivas 2022, que se insertan a continuación. BDNS 653718&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES REGULADORAS Y CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES Y AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS PARA FACILITAR EL ACCESO AL DEPORTE DE COMPETICIÓN Y REALIZACIÓN DE ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS 2022 DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE POLLENÇA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença convoca la concesión de subvenciones y ayudas económicas del año 2022, de acuerdo con las siguientes condiciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- CONVOCATORIA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se convocan subvenciones y ayudas económicas dirigidas a la atención del sector de población en el ámbito del deporte. Tienen carácter voluntario y eventual y no pueden invocarse como precedente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objetivo de esta Convocatoria es promover y facilitar el acceso al deporte de competición ya su práctica individual y colectiva. Así como, fomentar la realización de actividades por parte de las entidades ubicadas en el término municipal de Pollença, que siendo de la competencia municipal, redunden en beneficio de los ciudadanos de Pollença. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- BENEFICIARIOS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán solicitar subvenciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. Entidades, clubes y asociaciones deportivas sin ánimo de lucro domiciliadas en el municipio, inscritas en el registro de entidades deportivas de la dirección general de deportes del gobierno balear, participando como club miembro de una federación deportiva (o equivalente) y dadas de alta en el registro de entidades locales del ayuntamiento de Pollença. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. Personas físicas con licencia federativa vigente y con residencia en nuestro municipio (con fecha 1 de enero del año objeto de subvención), que participe en competiciones deportivas de ámbito autonómico, nacional o internacional. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- ACTIVIDADES SUBVENCIONABLES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. Todos los Deportes, Actividades y Programas Deportivos; organizados, desarrollados dentro del Municipio de Pollença y que se realicen o se hayan realizado entre el 1 de enero de 2021 y el 31 de diciembre de 2021. Periodo de que es objeto esta subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. Actividades, iniciativas y programas deportivos extraordinarios, que potencien el deporte base dentro del plazo antes citado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;C. Deportistas residentes en nuestro municipio y/o que pertenecen a clubes locales y que salen a competir fuera de la isla, siempre y cuando la competición sea federada y vaya por clasificación (campeonato de España, Europa...). Quedan excluidas todas aquellas competiciones o eventos que aún siendo deportivos tienen un carácter de participación voluntario, por sorteo, invitada, etc.) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todos aquellos grandes eventos deportivos y/o competiciones deportivas puntuales de las que se pueda participar libremente sin ninguna clasificación previa o que necesitando puntuar o clasificarse no formen parte de campeonatos organizados por federaciones oficiales (campeonatos autonómicos, nacionales o internacionales) como pueden ser las grandes carreras de ultra resistencia (UMST, Titan desierto, Caballos de viento, Ironman...) en cualquiera de sus modalidades, sólo puntuará de acuerdo con los criterios de la categoría B (si es local, nacional o internacional) si se queda dentro de los tres primeros puestos de la clasificación general. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(En todos los casos cuando la/s actividad/s sólo se pudieran realizar fuera del municipio, presentar un currículum completo de la actividad realizada). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- REQUISITOS PARA ACCEDER A LAS SUBVENCIONES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ser una entidad, club o asociación deportiva sin ánimo de lucro domiciliada en el municipio y estar inscrito en el registro de entidades locales del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Estar inscrito en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de la Dirección General de Deportes del Govern Balear y estar dado de alta como club o como deportista en la Federación Deportiva Territorial o Nacional correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el caso de los deportistas individuales, certificación de haber sido seleccionado para formar parte de la selección balear o nacional como promesa, aparecer en el listado del BOE como deportista de alto nivel dentro del plazo objeto de esta subvención y/ o el certificado de la correspondiente federación de su participación en campeonatos que puntúen en el baremo de esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con la Hacienda Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Haber realizado las actividades dentro del plazo objeto de esta subvención y en el caso de clubes y/o entidades deportivas las actividades se hayan realizado dentro del ámbito territorial del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Haber justificado y acreditado las actividades objeto de subvención en años anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No recibir durante el ejercicio 2022 ningún tipo de aportación del Ayuntamiento mediante subvención o contrato de patrocinio publicitario en materia deportiva al margen de la presente convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- TRAMITACIÓN, PRESENTACIÓN Y PLAZO. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tramitación&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença facilita el único modelo de solicitudes por esta Convocatoria. (Se adjunta anexo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para cualquier información o soporte para la tramitación y seguimiento de las solicitudes pueden dirigirse a las dependencias del Área de Deportes, Ctra. Puerto de Pollença s/n. Tel. 971-533990. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presentación&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentación de las solicitudes se hará de forma telemática en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença o de forma presencial en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento (OAC Ayuntamiento de Pollença, calle Calvari, 2 y/o OAC Puerto de Pollença, calle del Médico Llopis, 1) y deben ir dirigidas a la Alcaldía Presidencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud y de la documentación adjunta también puede realizarse en las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las empresas que están obligadas a relacionarse con las administraciones públicas a través de medios electrónicos deben presentar la solicitud de forma telemática en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0), en la que está disponible la información de la convocatoria y el modelo de solicitud, así como las publicaciones de la resolución de las ayudas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, están obligados a presentar la documentación a través de medios electrónicos los siguientes sujetos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Las personas jurídicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Las entidades sin personalidad jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Las personas que desarrollen una actividad profesional para la que se requiere colegiación obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Quien representa a una persona interesada que esté obligada a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plazo&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes será de diez (10) días naturales, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y en la página web de el Ayuntamiento de Pollença. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- DOCUMENTACIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los clubes, asociaciones, fundaciones y entidades deportivas legalmente constituidas y reconocidas sólo podrán presentar UNA ÚNICA SOLICITUD de subvención. Igualmente, los deportistas individuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para solicitar subvención o ayuda económica, el Ayuntamiento de Pollença facilita los siguientes modelos normalizados: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A. IMPRESOS: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Impreso 1.&lt;/strong&gt;Solicitud de subvención o ayuda económica para actividad deportiva, que contendrá los datos de la persona representante y de la entidad solicitante y la petición de acogimiento en la Convocatoria de subvenciones o ayudas económicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Impreso 2.&lt;/strong&gt;Presupuesto y proyecto de la actividad deportiva, detallando ingresos y gastos de la actividad objeto de la solicitud y declaración de las subvenciones y ayudas que haya/n solicitado y concedido el año 2021, para la misma actividad . Hacer breve descripción de la actividad indicando los objetivos y contenidos del programa desarrollado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Impreso 2.1&lt;/strong&gt;: Cumplimentar sólo en el caso de los clubs, asociaciones y/o entidades deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Impreso 2.2:&lt;/strong&gt;Cumplimentar sólo en el caso de deportistas individuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para justificar la subvención o ayuda económica al Ayuntamiento de Pollença facilita el siguiente modelo normalizado: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Impreso 3.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Certificado Bancario, de la libreta o cuenta corriente de la entidad a la que deberá realizarse, en su caso, el pago de la subvención o ayuda económica. En caso de que el beneficiario de la subvención sea una persona menor de edad, se pondrá una cuenta corriente conjunta del padre o tutor y el niño. Este impreso podrá ser sustituido por un certificado de titularidad de cuenta bancaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Impreso 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;Solicitud de certificación para clubes y entidades deportivas (ver impreso 4.1). Declaración jurada para deportistas individuales (ver impreso 4.2).&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. DOCUMENTACIÓN ANEXA: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además, la documentación adicional a presentar será: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A. Por parte de las entidades: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;I. Fotocopia de la Tarjeta de Identificación Fiscal de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;II. Fotocopia DNI del representante de la entidad solicitante de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;III. Fotocopia compulsada de los estatutos inscritos en el registro oficial correspondiente debidamente legalizados, en los que deberá constar explícitamente la inexistencia de ánimo de lucro de la entidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No será necesaria (a excepción de que, el beneficiario en cuestión hubiera presentado la documentación y se haya producido alguna modificación respecto a la actualidad) la presentación de los tres (3) últimos documentos exigidos, certificado bancario fotocopia de la tarjeta de identificación fiscal , fotocopia compulsada de los estatutos, si éstos se han acreditado en anteriores Convocatorias de Subvenciones y Ayudas Económicas Deportivas del Ayuntamiento de Pollença en los últimos 4 años, en cuyo caso se deberá indicar el año en que se fueron presentar dichos documentos, acompañando de fotocopia del escrito de concesión o denegación enviado por el Ayuntamiento en aquella ocasión.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si cualquier modelo facilitado de solicitud no reúne alguno de los datos de identificación, tanto de la subvención o ayuda económica solicitada como de la persona solicitante, o de algunos de los requisitos previstos en el artículo 66 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, se requerirá a la entidad solicitante, de acuerdo con lo que establece el apartado 1 del artículo 68 del citada ley, para que en un plazo de diez (10) días hábiles, subsane la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos con indicación de que si así no lo hace, se tendrá por desistida la petición archivándose sin más trámite con los efectos previstos en el artículo 21, también de la citada ley. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;IV. Certificado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento. (Ver impreso 4.1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;V. Certificado de la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT) acreditativo de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 14.1.e de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;VI. Certificado de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social (TGSS) acreditativo de estar al corriente de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 14.1.e de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;VII. Listado numerado indicando el nombre completo del participante federado, jugador o inscrito en el club o entidad deportiva, indicando su edad y sellado por la federación pertinente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. Por parte de los deportistas individuales: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I. &lt;/strong&gt;Fotocopia del Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI) del titular que recibe la subvención. En caso de que sea menor de edad, también deberá adjuntarse fotocopia del DNI del padre/madre o tutor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. &lt;/strong&gt;Fotocopia licencia federativa o equivalente y que esté en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III. &lt;/strong&gt;Certificación (por parte de la entidad o federación pertinente) de haber participado en las diferentes competiciones por las que es puntuado en esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV. &lt;/strong&gt;En su caso, certificación pertinente de haber formado parte de la selección balear o nacional como promesa o fotocopia del BOE donde aparezca el nombre como deportista de alto nivel en el año natural 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V. &lt;/strong&gt;Declaración jurada de estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento. (Ver impreso 4.2) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- CONVOCATORIA Y CUANTÍA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1 Las ayudas se concederán, de acuerdo con la normativa presupuestaria, al ejercicio 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La previsión de la aplicación presupuestaria 340/48905 asciende a 20.000 euros destinados a clubes o entidades deportivas para el ejercicio 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La previsión de la aplicación presupuestaria 340/48903 asciende a 9.000 euros destinados a los deportistas individuales para el ejercicio 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta cuantía total máxima tiene carácter estimado, dado que está condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el momento de la resolución de la concesión. En todo caso, la ejecución del gasto se realizará en la misma anualidad en la que se produzca la concesión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el crédito presupuestario que resulte aprobado o prorrogado en el presupuesto del ejercicio 2023 fuese inferior, se ajustará a la baja la propuesta de resolución a los créditos existentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se aprueba finalmente este crédito, se anulará el procedimiento, publicando el acuerdo. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.2. Criterios de distribución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La subvención se otorgará en función de la puntuación obtenida por cada entidad o persona concurrente. Para la determinación del valor unitario del punto, se dividirá la cantidad destinada a cada modalidad (entidades o deportistas individuales) por la totalidad de puntos obtenidos entre todas las asociaciones, clubes y entidades o persona que han solicitado subvención de la modalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El importe de la subvención será la multiplicación del precio por punto por el total de puntos obtenidos por cada entidad o deportista individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Si de la aplicación del segundo punto resulta que el importe obtenido supera el 100% de la solicitud presentada, este remanente pasará a una bolsa común. La cuantía de esta bolsa común se repartirá entre las entidades deportivas y/o deportistas individuales (según el caso) que del resultado de la puntuación no puedan percibir el 100% de lo solicitado. El reparto se realizará siguiendo los mismos pasos establecidos desde el punto primero, teniendo en cuenta que en este caso la dotación económica será la cuantía de la bolsa común de remanente. Esta fórmula se llevará a cabo hasta que se agote el presupuesto de la actual convocatoria o que todas las entidades que cumplan los requisitos y los plazos, reciban el 100% de la subvención solicitada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- CRITERIOS GENERALES DE VALORACIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las actividades que reciban subvención o ayuda económica se habrán llevado a cabo dentro del siguiente plazo: del 1 de enero de 2021 al 31 de diciembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concesión de estas subvenciones o ayudas económicas se realizará mediante régimen de concurrencia competitiva y participación deportiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además, las subvenciones o ayudas económicas se otorgarán en función del siguiente baremo de criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se establecen tres categorías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Categoría A: Entidades y Clubes Deportivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Categoría B: Deportistas menores de 16 años y veteranos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Categoría C: Deportistas mayores de 16 años que todavía no tomen parte de las competiciones de categoría especial por edades ( veteranos, ...) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CATEGORÍA A.: ENTIDADES Y CLUBES DEPORTIVOS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· La promoción que la entidad haga de Pollença fuera de Mallorca (1 punto). Se entiende la promoción como la participación en competiciones que se lleven a cabo fuera de la isla, utilizando el nombre de Pollença (que el término “Pollença” figure escrito en el nombre del club). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Importancia o interés de la actividad a realizar (20 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Trayectoria y continuidad deportiva de la entidad (1 punto por cada 5 años de funcionamiento continuado hasta un máximo de 10 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· La promoción del Deporte Base. Número de licencias con edad escolar hasta 16 años (1 punto por cada 5 participantes hasta un máximo de 20 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· La previsión o número de participantes adultos en relación con la actividad. Número de inscritos en las actividades por las que se solicita la subvención y que sean mayores de 16 años (1 punto por cada 5 participantes hasta un máximo de 5 puntos). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(se podrá compensar hasta 3 puntos adicionales a aquellos clubes o entidades que por causas no atribuibles a la propia entidad no puedan obtener patrocinios privados derivados de publicidades u otros. Y también aquellas que por diferentes motivos no utilicen ninguna instalación propia de la Ayuntamiento ya que consideramos que la cesión de espacios con el correspondiente gasto también es una forma de subvención) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CATEGORÍA B.: DEPORTISTAS MENORES DE 16 AÑOS Y VETERANOS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competición Interinsular: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competición Nacional: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competición Internacional: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(La puntuación de las diferentes competiciones en las que se participe se podrán sumar entre sí. Pero varias participaciones en la misma categoría de competición no serán acumulables). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CATEGORÍA C.: DEPORTISTAS MAYORES DE 16 AÑOS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competición Interinsular: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competición Nacional: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competición Internacional: 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Campeonato mundial o Juegos Olímpicos ( formando parte de la selección española): 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(La puntuación de las diferentes competiciones en las que se participe se podrán sumar entre sí. Pero varias participaciones en la misma categoría de competición no serán acumulables. La participación en diferentes carreras y/o eventos de tipo deportivo fuera de la isla puntuarán) . &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN. INICIO, INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las bases y el inicio del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se producen de oficio y el Ayuntamiento Pleno será el órgano encargado de su aprobación. Las bases serán publicadas en el BOIB, en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones BDNS, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en la web www.ajpollenca.net, para que se puedan presentar las solicitudes durante el plazo establecido en la base sexta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión corresponde a la Concejalía de Deportes que debe llevar a cabo las actuaciones a que se refiere el artículo 24 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una Comisión Evaluadora se reunirá para examinar si los beneficiarios cumplen con todos los requisitos necesarios para acceder a las subvenciones y evaluar las solicitudes conforme a los criterios de valoración establecidos en estas Bases. De todo lo actuado en esta reunión se levantará acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora estará integrada por los siguientes miembros: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidencia:El Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Pollença o en su lugar, persona en quien delegue. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vicepresidencia:El concejal de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Pollença o en su lugar, persona en quien delegue. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretario:Un/a funcionario/a adscrito a Secretaría o Intervención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vocales:Concejal/a de la Corporación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concejal/a de Educación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Técnico de Deportes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora quedará constituida legalmente con la asistencia del Presidente, Vicepresidente y Secretario o sus sustitutos en su caso, y de uno de los tres vocales citados en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del acta de la reunión de la Comisión, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento, abriéndose un plazo de 10 días para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se presentan alegaciones dentro del plazo concedido, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá carácter de definitiva. En otro caso, una vez examinadas alegaciones presentadas por los interesados, el órgano instructor formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes por los que se propone la concesión de la subvención, su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La propuesta de resolución definitiva se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento otorgando a los beneficiarios un plazo de 10 días para que comuniquen su aceptación. Se entenderá aceptada si dentro de ese plazo no se expresa lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará esta resolución una vez dictada la propuesta de resolución definitiva y emitido informe de fiscalización por la Intervención Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución se notificará a todos los solicitantes y se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.- ABONO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de las subvenciones o ayudas económicas se realizará como norma general, previa la justificación por parte del solicitante de&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la cantidad subvencionada según la propuesta de resolución definitiva&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.- JUSTIFICACIÓN DE GASTOS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Los beneficiarios/perceptores quedan obligados a justificar los gastos efectuados con cargo a subvención o ayuda económica concedida dentro del ejercicio económico al que se haya concedido y los gastos justificados deben ser de dicho plazo (1 de enero de 2021 y 31 de diciembre de 2021) y presentadas dentro del plazo correspondiente. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Si la fecha de pago o factura es anterior o posterior al período objeto de subvención pero la actividad SÍ se ha llevado a cabo dentro del plazo establecido (1 de enero de 2021 a 31 de diciembre de 2021), se entenderá como subvencionable. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El plazo para justificar la subvención finalizará el día 30 de junio de 2023. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación acreditativa para justificar los gastos será:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. En primer lugar, el impreso normalizado facilitado por el Ayuntamiento de Pollença, de certificación bancaria por el cobro de la subvención, modelo 3, debidamente formulado en todos sus extremos, y sellado por la entidad bancaria. En caso de que este documento ya fuera presentado para cobrar la subvención del año pasado, y no haya cambiado el número de cuenta, bastará presentar una fotocopia de la libreta, talonario o extracto donde figure dicha numeración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. Para justificar la subvención otorgada se debe presentar una cuenta justificativa integrada por la siguiente documentación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Una memoria de la actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con las actividades realizadas y los resultados obtenidos, la temporalización, medios de difusión utilizados, la evaluación y cualquier otro aspecto que pueda resultó adecuado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Una memoria económica justificativa del coste de las actividades que se han realizado, que contendrá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Una relación clasificada de los gastos e inversiones de la actividad, con identificación del acreedor y del documento, su importe, fecha de emisión y, en su caso, fecha de pago. Si la subvención se otorga de acuerdo a un presupuesto, se indicarán las desviaciones acaecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Las facturas o documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa incorporados en la relación referida en el párrafo anterior y la documentación acreditativa del pago por el valor de la cantidad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Declaración responsable de haber realizado el proyecto o actividad subvencionada, en la que deben detallarse los ingresos y los gastos que se han derivado señalando su importe y procedencia (Impreso 5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Declaración responsable de que las facturas presentadas para justificar la subvención otorgada no superan el valor de mercado y que no se recuperará ni compensará el IVA (Impreso 5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Una relación detallada de otros ingresos o subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada señalando su importe &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los gastos deben justificarse con facturas y otros documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, en original y copia a compulsar. Si deben devolverse las facturas o justificantes originales, a petición de la entidad subvencionada, debe reflejarse con un sello la fecha de concesión de la subvención así como el importe del justificante que se imputa a la subvención . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las facturas originales, acreditativas del gasto subvencionado, expedidas a nombre de las personas o entidades subvencionadas y con su NIF, deben expresar claramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Fecha de emisión, que deberá corresponder al período comprendido entre 1 de enero de 2021 y 31 de diciembre de 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Datos fiscales (Nombre, domicilio, NIF, etc.) de la entidad emisora ​​y de la entidad pagadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Número de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Concepto detallado por el que se expide, que deberá ser suficientemente claro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o Importe, desglosando la parte que corresponde a IVA, si procede. Si la operación está exenta de IVA debe mencionarse en la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la entidad beneficiaria únicamente dispone de la factura o documento justificativo que acredita el gasto recibido por correo electrónico, se admitirá siempre que a la impresión de la factura se adjunte un certificado firmado por el representante legal de la entidad en que manifieste la imposibilidad o dificultad grave para obtener el documento original y declare que la factura ni se ha utilizado ni se utilizará para justificar ninguna otra subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se considerará como documento justificativo que acredite el gasto para los clubes y entidades deportivas, los recibos de pago de los gastos efectuados (entrenadores, arbitrajes...), siempre y cuando vengan amparados por un contrato , los cuales deberán aportar junto con los recibos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No se podrá realizar ningún pago si no se acredita fehacientemente, haciéndolo constar por escrito con la presentación de los justificantes de haber realizado la totalidad del gasto&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de la cantidad subvencionada, una vez aceptada la propuesta de resolución definitiva&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el gasto justificado es inferior a&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el importe de subvención concedida a la propuesta de resolución definitiva&lt;/span&gt;, se procederá a la reducción proporcional de la subvención o ayuda económica concedida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones o ayudas económicas concedidas en ningún caso podrá ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas económicas de otras Administraciones Públicas o de entidades privadas, supere el coste de la actividad a desarrollar por la entidad beneficiaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se procederá al reintegro de las cantidades percibidas en los siguientes casos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Obtención de la subvención falseando las condiciones requeridas u ocultando aquellas circunstancias que lo hubiesen impedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Incumplimiento total o parcial del objetivo de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Incumplimiento de la obligación de justificación o la insuficiente justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Resistencia, excusa, obstrucción o negativa a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero, o la concurrencia de subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier administración o ente público o privado, nacional, de la Unión Europea o organismos internacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) El incumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas por la Administración a las entidades colaboradoras y beneficiarios, así como de los compromisos por estos asumidos, con motivo de la concesión de la subvención, siempre que afecten o se refieran al modo en que se han conseguir los objetivos, realizar la actividad, ejecutado el proyecto o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE GESTIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La aprobación del gasto deberá efectuarse con carácter previo a la convocatoria de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución de la concesión de la subvención comportará el correspondiente compromiso de gasto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de la subvención se realizará después de que el beneficiario haya justificado los gastos subvencionados, y se haya certificado por los servicios técnicos del área de Deportes para con la realización de la actividad y cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinó la concesión de la subvención de acuerdo con el artículo 32 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y 88 del RD 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General de Subvenciones. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de las subvenciones o ayudas económicas se realizará, como norma general, después de que el solicitante haya justificado los gastos subvencionados. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.- OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serán obligaciones mínimas de los beneficiarios de las subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Realizar la actividad objeto de la subvención de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Acreditar ante el Ayuntamiento de Pollença la realización de la actividad con las correspondientes facturas giradas por terceros al beneficiario de la subvención en la que se hará constar el concepto del gasto y también el cumplimiento de los requisitos o condiciones que determine la concesión de la subvención, y las liquidaciones de nóminas u hojas de salario; y los TC-2, TC-1 de abono a la Seguridad Social. Dentro de la convocatoria correspondiente o convenio, si la subvención utiliza este instrumento, se podrá prever otras formas de acreditar la subvención, adaptándolas a las necesidades reales del sector al que se dirige, como pueden ser certificaciones administrativas, declaraciones o sentencias judiciales, módulos por actividad o instrumentos similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Comunicar al Ayuntamiento de Pollença las modificaciones que se hayan producido y que sean causa de la concesión o cumplimiento de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Comunicar al Ayuntamiento de Pollença, en cualquier momento, la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad y no consignadas en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Constituir las garantías que resulten exigibles, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
