&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MODIFICACIÓN DEL REGLAMENTO MUNICIPAL DE CONCESIÓN DE HONORES Y DISTINCIONES DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE MANACOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión de día 11 de julio de 2022 aprobó inicialmente la modificación del Reglamento Municipal de concesión de honores y distinciones del Ayuntamiento de Manacor, sin que finalizado el plazo de exposición pública se hayan presentado reclamaciones ni sugerencias, por lo que esta modificación deviene aprobada definitivamente sin necesidad de nuevo acuerdo expreso, quedando facultada esta alcaldía para su publicación y ejecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Aprobación definitiva de las siguientes modificaciones en el Reglamento municipal de concesión de honores y distinciones del Ayuntamiento de Manacor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTÍCULO 2:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2.&lt;/strong&gt; El mayor honor y distinción es la proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre para las personas difuntas, y de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta para las personas con vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. &lt;/strong&gt;El mayor honor y distinción es la proclamación de hijo o hijas ilustres para las personas difuntas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTÍCULO 4:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4.&lt;/strong&gt; Para la proclamación de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta son requisitos que la persona física sea natural de Manacor y haya destacado en los servicios prestados en el municipio de Manacor por sus excepcionales méritos en los ámbitos cultural, deportivo, jurídico, empresarial, cívico , humanitario, de investigación, de enseñanza o lingüística, durante una etapa de su vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. &lt;/strong&gt;Para la proclamación de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta son requisitos que la persona propuesta sea natural de Manacor y haya destacado en los servicios prestados en el municipio de Manacor por sus excepcionales méritos en los ámbitos cultural, deportivo, jurídico, empresarial, cívico , humanitario, de investigación, de enseñanza o lingüística, durante una etapa de su vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este galardón podrá otorgarse también a título póstumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTÍCULO 10:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10.&lt;/strong&gt; Cualquier entidad o corporación, así como cualquier concejal o grupo de concejales de este Ayuntamiento, podrán formular propuesta razonada de incoación de expediente por la proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, hijo predilecto o hija predilecta, hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva, o para la concesión de la medalla de la ciudad de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10.&lt;/strong&gt; Cualquier entidad o corporación, así como cualquier concejal o grupo de concejales de este Ayuntamiento, podrán formular propuesta razonada de incoación de expediente para la proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, hijo predilecto o hija predilecta, hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTÍCULO 16:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suprimir el apartado 3º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El apartado 4 pasará a ser el 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTÍCULO 17:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 17. &lt;/strong&gt;Adoptado el acuerdo definitivo de proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta, de hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva, o de concesión de la medalla de la ciudad de Manacor, deberá fijarse la fecha de realización del acto público en el que se proclamará o se concederá el honor o distinción acordados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 17. &lt;/strong&gt;Adoptado el acuerdo definitivo de proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta, de hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva, deberá fijarse la fecha de realización del acto público en el que se proclamará o se concederá el honor o distinción acordados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTÍCULO 18 (NUEVO):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 18. (NUEVO)&lt;/strong&gt; El expediente de concesión de la Medalla de la Ciudad de Manacor se iniciará por Decreto de Alcaldía sobre la conveniencia de que se incoe a fin de determinar si se cumplen las condiciones para su otorgamiento que prevén los artículos 8 y 9 de este reglamento, y podrá hacerse también –si procede- a título póstumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concesión de este distintivo requerirá acuerdo del pleno del Ayuntamiento adoptado, al menos, por la mayoría de dos tercios del número legal de miembros de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTÍCULOS 18 A 22:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los actuales artículos 18 a 22 quedan renombrados del 19 a 23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* ARTÍCULO 19:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 19.&lt;/strong&gt; La proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta, de hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva, o de concesión de la medalla de la ciudad, comportará los siguientes condicionamientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Se descubrirá el retrato del hijo o hija ilustre proclamado, que deberá quedar expuesto en la galería de hijos o hijas ilustres de este Ayuntamiento. El retrato será pagado por la Corporación, salvo que los familiares o particulares tengan interés en ofrecerlo al Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Se descubrirá el retrato de hijo o hija ilustre proclamado, que deberá quedar expuesto en la sala de plenos o salas anexas, que tendrán la consideración de galería de hijos o hijas ilustres de este Ayuntamiento. El retrato lo pagará la Corporación, salvo que los familiares o particulares tengan interés en ofrecerlo al Ayuntamiento»&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TEXTO ÍNTEGRO DEL REGLAMENTO&lt;/strong&gt; con incorporación de las sugerencias formuladas por el Instituto Balear de la Mujer en cuanto a lenguaje:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«REGLAMENTO DE CONCESIÓN DE HONORES Y DISTINCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ilmo. Ayuntamiento de Manacor, de acuerdo con lo que prevén los artículos 303 y siguientes del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales, acuerda que la concesión de honores y distinciones de esta Corporación sea regulada por el siguiente Reglamento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTULO I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;CLASES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 1.- &lt;/strong&gt;Los honores y las distinciones que este Ayuntamiento puede otorgar son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Hijo o hija ilustres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Hijo predilecto o hija predilecta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Medalla de la ciudad de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTULO II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SOBRE LOS HIJOS O HIJAS ILUSTRES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 2.&lt;/strong&gt; El mayor honor y distinción es la proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre para las personas difuntas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 3.&lt;/strong&gt; Para la proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre se deberá tramitar el expediente correspondiente en el que deberá acreditarse que la persona propuesta, además de haber nacido en el municipio de Manacor y haber transcurrido más de tres años de su deceso, ha desarrollado, en cualquier aspecto de la actividad humana, una tarea ejemplar y poco común; o también ha realizado una labor de las mismas características por Manacor o al servicio de Manacor, en cualquier aspecto de la vida ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTULO III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SOBRE LOS HIJOS O HIJAS PREDILECTOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 4. &lt;/strong&gt;Para la proclamación de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta son requisitos que la persona propuesta sea natural de Manacor y haya destacado en los servicios prestados en el municipio de Manacor por sus excepcionales méritos en los ámbitos cultural, deportivo, jurídico, empresarial, cívico , humanitario, de investigación, de enseñanza o lingüística, durante una etapa de su vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTULO IV&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SOBRE LOS HIJOS ADOPTIVOS O HIJAS ADOPTIVAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Para la declaración de hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva se tendrá que tramitar el expediente correspondiente y acreditar que la persona propuesta, sin ser natural del municipio de Manacor, ha realizado una labor ejemplar y poco común en cualquier aspecto del actividad humana y ha residido en el municipio de Manacor el tiempo suficiente para ser considerado ciudadano manacorÍense de hecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- También podrá ser declarado hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva quien, no siendo natural del municipio de Manacor ni resida, haya realizado una labor en favor del municipio tan importante como para merecer esta distinción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTULO V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SOBRE LA MEDALLA DE LA CIUDAD DE MANACOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 6.-&lt;/strong&gt; La medalla de la ciudad de Manacor, que será de oro, podrá ser concedida, de forma individual o colectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 7.-&lt;/strong&gt; La medalla llevará en su anverso el escudo del municipio con la inscripción "Ayuntamiento de Manacor. Medalla de la ciudad". En su reverso, figurará una palma y la inscripción "El municipio de Manacor, por su Ayuntamiento, en...".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La medalla tendrá 5 cm. de diámetro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 8.- &lt;/strong&gt;La concesión de la medalla se efectuará para premiar una acción o un acto realizados por cualquier persona natural o jurídica que redunde en beneficio del municipio o que tenga una especial resonancia o mérito fuera del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 9.&lt;/strong&gt;- Será concedida la medalla a aquellas personas que, reuniendo las condiciones detalladas en el párrafo anterior, hayan realizado una acción o acto meritorio, cuya memoria resulte imperecedera por su permanencia física o por sus efectos continuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTULO VI&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SOBRE LOS EXPEDIENTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 10.-&lt;/strong&gt; Cualquier entidad o corporación, así como cualquier concejal o concejala o grupo de éstos de este Ayuntamiento, podrán formular propuesta razonada de incoación de expediente por la proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, hijo predilecto o hija predilecta, hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 11.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El acuerdo de incoación de expediente al que se ha hecho referencia en el artículo anterior deberá ser adoptado, para su validez, por la mayoría absoluta legal de los miembros de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Asimismo, el acuerdo deberá incluir el nombramiento de un concejal o de una concejala que actuará de ponente y de otro concejal o concejala que actuará de fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Actuará de secretario el de la Corporación o el funcionario de esta Corporación en quien delegue esta función.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 12.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El ponente deberá recopilar todos los méritos que reúna a la persona o entidad propuesta así como a los oportunos justificantes. A tal fin podrán colaborar, a petición del ponente, todas aquellas personas o entidades que estén capacitadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El fiscal formulará, en su caso, oposiciones u reparos a la persona o entidad propuestas, que deberán estar debidamente justificadas, recabando información de todas aquellas personas que considere adecuadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 13.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Para que puedan presentarse en el procedimiento incoado todos los posibles interesados ​​deberá darse el máximo de publicidad al inicio de dicho expediente, y se publicarán anuncios en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, en la prensa local y en un diario de mayor circulación del ámbito territorial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El ponente o, en su caso, el fiscal estarán obligados a tomar declaración a todas aquellas personas o entidades que así lo soliciten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 14.-&lt;/strong&gt; Concluidos los trabajos del ponente y del fiscal, ambos entregarán sus propuestas definitivas a la Alcaldía-Presidencia, con un informe detallado y razonado de estas propuestas y de sus actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 15.-&lt;/strong&gt; El expediente concluido será elevado al Pleno del Ayuntamiento y deberá permanecer a disposición de los concejales o de las concejalas al menos 10 días antes de realizar la sesión plenaria en la que deba adoptarse la resolución definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 16.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Para adoptar un acuerdo definitivo, el Ayuntamiento Pleno deberá reunirse en sesión especial extraordinaria sin que pueda tratarse ningún otro asunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El acuerdo de proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, hijo predilecto o hija predilecta o hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva deberá ser adoptado, para su validez, por una mayoría de seis séptimas partes de los miembros de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La votación, que sólo se hará si no existe acuerdo unánime, deberá ser secreta y mediante papeletas que serán facilitadas a tal fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 17.-&lt;/strong&gt; Adoptado el acuerdo definitivo de proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta, de hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva, deberá fijarse la fecha de realización del acto público en el que se proclamará o se concederá el honor o distinción acordados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 18.-&lt;/strong&gt; El expediente de concesión de la Medalla de la Ciudad de Manacor se iniciará por Decreto de Alcaldía sobre la conveniencia de que se incoe a fin de determinar si se cumplen las condiciones para su otorgamiento que prevén los artículos 8 y 9 de este reglamento, y podrá hacerse también –si procede- a título póstumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concesión de este distintivo requerirá acuerdo del pleno del Ayuntamiento adoptado, al menos, por la mayoría de dos tercios del número legal de miembros de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTULO VII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;EXTRACTO CEREMONIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 19.- &lt;/strong&gt;La proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta, de hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva, o de concesión de la medalla de la ciudad, comportará los siguientes condicionamientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a). Realización de un acto público que tendrá lugar en la sala de sesiones o en el local que se considere más adecuado, el día y hora que oportunamente el Pleno señale en el momento de la proclamación del honor o distinción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Dicho acto se llevará a cabo bajo la presidencia del Sr. Alcalde o Sra. Alcaldesa o de la autoridad a quien compita, con asistencia de los miembros de la Corporación, familiares de la persona homenajeada, autoridades locales y público en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) En dicho acto se leerán todos los méritos contraídos por la persona o entidad a la que se conceda el honor o distinción y, si existe, su biografía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Se descubrirá el retrato del hijo o hija ilustre proclamado, que deberá quedar expuesto en la sala de plenos o salas anexas que tendrán la consideración de galería de hijos o hijas ilustres de este Ayuntamiento. El retrato será pagado por la Corporación, salvo que los familiares o particulares tengan interés en ofrecerlo al Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Si se concede el honor de proclamación de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta, o de hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva, se entregará una placa justificativa de la distinción obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Se impondrá la medalla de la ciudad de Manacor que se haya concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) El acto se celebrará de acuerdo con el protocolo de la Corporación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTULO VIII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DISPOSICIONES FINALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 20.- &lt;/strong&gt;Si el Ayuntamiento no adopta un acuerdo definitivo en el plazo de un año a contar desde la fecha de adopción del acuerdo de incoación del expediente de concesión de la medalla de la ciudad de Manacor , se entenderá que ha desistido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 21.- &lt;/strong&gt;Los agraciados con la proclamación de hijo o hija ilustre, de hijo predilecto o hija predilecta o de hijo adoptivo o hija adoptiva, o con la concesión de la medalla de la ciudad tendrán derecho a que se les guarden los mismos honores y distinciones que gozan los Concejales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 22.- &lt;/strong&gt;Cuando los honores o las distinciones recaigan en favor de personas de nacionalidad extranjera, se solicitará la autorización expresa que debe conceder el Ministerio del Interior previo informe del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 23.- &lt;/strong&gt;Por todo lo no previsto en este reglamento se tendrán en cuenta las legislaciones aplicables y las disposiciones de este Ayuntamiento en cuanto a su disposición o interpretación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL. &lt;/strong&gt;Este Reglamento entra en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la aprobación definitiva de este acuerdo de modificación se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses desde la publicación de este edicto, ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
