&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. En fecha 6 de octubre de 2022, en el BOIB núm. 130, se publicaron las bases de la convocatoria por la que se proveían 4 plazas con contrato laboral fijo como profesor de la Orquestra Simfònica en las categorías de violín segundo &lt;em&gt;tutti&lt;/em&gt;, viola &lt;em&gt;tutti, &lt;/em&gt;violonchelo &lt;em&gt;tutti&lt;/em&gt; y ayuda de solista de flauta, correspondientes a la Oferta Pública de empleo de 2021 y a la Oferta Pública de Ocupación de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Dado que en la versión castellana de la referida convocatoria ha habido errores materiales, en virtud del artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2016 de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se podrá &lt;em&gt;“rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En virtud de lo expuesto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO. –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Corregir el error detectado en la versión castellana de la convocatoria por la que se proveen 4 plazas con contrato laboral fijo como profesor de la Orquestra Simfònica en las categorías de violín segundo &lt;em&gt;tutti&lt;/em&gt;, viola &lt;em&gt;tutti, &lt;/em&gt;violonchelo &lt;em&gt;tutti&lt;/em&gt; y ayuda de solista de flauta, correspondientes a la Oferta Pública de empleo de 2021 y a la Oferta Pública de Ocupación de 2022, publicada en el BOIB núm. 130, de fecha 6 de octubre de 2022, en los siguientes términos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el punto primero de las bases, relativo al objeto de la convocatoria y características del puesto de trabajo, &lt;strong&gt;DONDE DICE&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(…) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;VIOLONCHELO TUTTI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La plaza convocada de viola tutti se corresponde con una plaza del grupo de titulación A&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DEBE DECIR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(…) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;VIOLONCHELO TUTTI&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;La plaza convocada de violonchelo tutti se corresponde con una plaza del grupo de titulación A&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el punto séptimo de las bases, relativo a desarrollo del proceso selectivo y ejecución de las audiciones, &lt;strong&gt;DONDE DICE&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(…)&amp;nbsp; El día 19 se llevarán a cabo las audiciones de ayuda de solista de flauta, el día 29, las de violín tutti segundo, el día 21, las de violonchelo tutti, y el día 22 las de viola tutti&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DEBE DECIR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO. –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Publicar la presente resolución en el BOIB y en la página web de la Fundación Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
