&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;"Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&amp;nbsp;El día 19 de julio de 2019 se dictó el Decreto por el que se designaron las personas que forman la Comisión Informativa General y de Cuentas en representación de los diferentes grupos políticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El día 30 de septiembre de 2022 el portavoz del Grupo Ciudadanos – Partido de la Ciudadanía en el Consell de Mallorca ha solicitado la modificación del representante suplente del Grupo en la Comisión Informativa, sustituyendo a la Sra. Beatriz Camiña Pinós por el Sr. Oswaldo Cifre Bordoy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Designar para que forme parte de la Comisión Informativa General y de Cuentas, como miembro suplente en representación del Grupo Ciudadanos – Partido de la Ciudadanía en el Consejo de Mallorca el Sr. Oswaldo Cifre Bordoy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De esta manera los vocales de la Comisión Informativa General y de Cuentas en representación del Grupo Ciudadanos – Partido de la Ciudadanía en el Consell de Mallorca son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Titular: Margalida Isabel Roig Catany&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Suplente: Oswaldo Cifre Bordoy&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar este Decreto a las personas interesadas y publicar su contenido en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;(BOIB) y en la Sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dar cuenta al Pleno, en la primera sesión ordinaria que tenga lugar."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
