    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 78 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con la redacción de la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, dispone que el Consejo Económico y Social de las Illes Balears (CES) es el órgano colegiado de participación, estudio, deliberación, asesoramiento y propuesta en materia económica y social, y ordena que una ley del Parlamento tiene que regular su composición, la designación de sus miembros, su organización y sus funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En cumplimiento del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears, se aprobó la Ley&amp;nbsp;10/2000, de 30 de noviembre, del Consejo Económico y Social de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 150, de 9 de diciembre), cuyo artículo primero establece que el CES tiene la naturaleza de órgano colegiado de carácter consultivo, de participación, estudio, deliberación, asesoramiento y propuesta en materia económica y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 5 de la Ley 10/2000, de 30 de noviembre, determina que la forma de designación y nombramiento de los miembros del CES, se realizará mediante Decreto del Consejo de Gobierno de las Illes Balears, después de haber recibido las propuestas y las designaciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El sector de la economía social ha propuesto al Consejo Económico y Social una modificación de sus representantes en este Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 5.4 de la Ley 10/2000, antes mencionado, corresponde al Consejo de Gobierno de las Illes Balears el nombramiento de los nuevos representantes del Consejo Económico y Social, de acuerdo con la designación y propuesta previa efectuada por dichas organizaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, a propuesta del consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión de 10 de octubre de 2022,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decreto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Dejar sin efectos los nombramientos de los siguientes miembros del Consejo Económico y Social de las Illes Balears, integrados en el grupo III, en representación del sector de la economía social:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Titular: Sra. Jerónima Bonafé Ramis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Suplente: Sra. Malena Riudavets Suárez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; De acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 5 de la Ley 10/2000, de 30 de noviembre, se nombran como miembros del Consejo Económico y Social de las Illes Balears, en representación del sector de la economía social, a las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Titular: Sra. Malena Riudavets Suárez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Suplente: Sra. Jerónima Bonafé Ramis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Disponer que este Decreto produzca efectos desde el momento en que se publique en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
