&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1) Línea A. Apoyo a las cofradías. Pueden ser beneficiarias de las ayudas previstas en la línea A (apoyo a las cofradías) las cofradías de pescadores de Menorca constituidas de acuerdo con lo que prevé el Decreto 61/1995, de 2 de junio (BOIB núm. 80 de 24 de junio de 1995).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2) Línea B. Apoyo al sector pesquero. Pueden ser beneficiarias de las ayudas previstas en la línea B (apoyo al sector pesquero),las empresas armadoras de embarcaciones profesionales de pesca, de arrastre o de artes menores con base en Menorca y dedicadas, activamente, a la extracción de recursos pesqueros (peces, crustáceos y moluscos); se excluye el marisqueo y la acuicultura (art. 4 de la Ley 6/2013, de 7 de noviembre, de pesca marítima, marisqueo y acuicultura en las Islas Baleares).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3) Línea C. Formación profesional. Pueden beneficiarse de las ayudas previstas en la línea C (formación profesional), las cofradías y las empresas mencionadas en los dos puntos anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las empresas armadoras de embarcaciones profesionales de pesca, de arrastre o de artes menores con base en Menorca y dedicadas, activamente, a la extracción de recursos pesqueros que hayan superado el umbral de ayudas de minimis referido a la base 5.2, no pueden ser beneficiarias de las ayudas relativas a las líneas B y C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de estas ayudas es apoyar a las actividades generales y promocionales llevadas a cabo por las cofradías de pescadores de Menorca, y a la actividad extractiva de recursos pesqueros llevada a cabo por las empresas armadoras menorquinas, entre día 1 de enero y día 30 de septiembre del año en que se convoquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por las bases aprobadas por acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en la sesión de carácter ordinario de 19 de septiembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es de 192.000 € (ciento noventa y dos mil euros) con el siguiente desglose:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Otros datos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las cuantías máximas por beneficiario son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.000 € para la línea B (apoyo al sector pesquero)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.500 € para la línea C (formación profesional).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La línea de ayudas C (formación profesional) es compatible con la de apoyo a las cofradías (A) y con la de apoyo al sector pesquero (B).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
