&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno&amp;nbsp; núm. JGL_20220929_01_U037 de fecha 28/097/2022, se aprobó las convocatoria&amp;nbsp; de subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;destinada a los&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; titulares&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de licencias&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de auto taxi del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ayuntamiento de Palma, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para promover la adquisición de vehículos eléctricos para destinarlos al servicio de auto taxi a lo largo de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, según la Memoria Justificativa y las Bases de la Convocatoria del Departamento de Movilidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Palma (www.palma.cat) i en la página web del Área de Movilidad Sostenible&amp;nbsp; www.mobipalma.mobi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ser persona física, titular de licencia municipal para el ejercicio del servicio de auto taxi en el término municipal de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No encontrarse incurso en ninguna de las circunstancias recogidas en los artículos 13.2 y 13.3 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones, especialmente en lo referido al cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Palma, la AEAT y la ATIB. A los dichos efectos se entenderá el cumplimiento de este requisito cuando para participar en la presente convocatoria el interesado haya obtenido una resolución de la administración competente autorizando el aplazamiento, fraccionamiento o fije un plan de pagos con dichas administraciones. La resolución tendrá que adjuntarse a la solicitud de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cumplir los requisitos exigidos en la presente convocatoria de subvenciones, en la OMS y demás normativa vigente en materia de subvenciones, especialmente por lo que hace referencia a la documentación exigida por la base 5.2 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segundo. Objeto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las presentes bases tienen por objeto regular las ayudas destinadas a los titulares de licencia de servicio de auto taxi para la adquisición a lo largo de 2022 de vehículos eléctricos puros 100% para destinarlos al servicio de auto taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Legislación aplicable:&lt;/strong&gt; Esta convocatoria se rige por la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones y su reglamento, así como por aquello dispuesto por la Ordenanza Municipal de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Palma (BOIB nº 35, de 12 de marzo de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Otrosí, las presentes bases se rigen por el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Área de Movilidad Sostenible, aprobado por acuerdo de la junta de gobierno de 22 de junio de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea estratégica:&lt;/strong&gt; Las presentes bases de convocatoria se fundamentan en la línea 3 del vigente Plan estratégico de subvenciones del área de Movilidad Sostenible, aprobado por acuerdo de la junta de gobierno de 22 de junio de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento de concesión de la subvención:&lt;/strong&gt; se ha optado por el sistema de prorrateo, dentro de la modalidad de concurrencia competitiva, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 22 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones (se adjunta informe justificativo relativo a la elección de esta modalidad).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.1. Importe total:&lt;/strong&gt; Se destina a la presente convocatoria el importe de 1.000.000 € (UN MILLÓN DE EUROS) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 15.44121.47900 (MOVILIDAD SUBVENCIONES TRANSPORTES DEL TAXI) del vigente presupuesto de gastos por el 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.2. Cuantía máxima de los importes individuales:&lt;/strong&gt; El importe individual de las ayudas basadas en la adquisición de vehículos eléctricos puros 100%, se determinará mediante el prorrateo entre las personas beneficiarias del importe global previsto, de conformidad con las previsiones de los artículos 18 (tercer párrafo) y 28.2 &lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; de la OMS vigente, con un máximo individual de &lt;strong&gt;8.500 €&lt;/strong&gt; (OCHO MIL QUINIENTOS EUROS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de un mes desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB, de conformidad con el artículo 29.1 de la OMS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sexto. Otros datos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentación que se ha de presentar con la solicitud de subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Copia cotejada de la factura, emitida en 2022, que recoja y cuantifique el gasto realizado por la adquisición de un vehículo eléctrico puro 100%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Documento que justifique la adquisición del vehículo eléctrico puro 100% a lo largo de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificación de estar al corriente del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con la AEAT, ATIB y con el Ayuntamiento de Palma, de conformidad con las normas fijadas por la Tesorería general de esta corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(El reconocimiento y pago de las obligaciones derivados de la condición de beneficiario, según la presente convocatoria, tan solo será posible cuando se presenten facturas fehacientes del pago de los vehículos eléctricos adquiridos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Documento fehaciente que justifique que el vehículo eléctrico adquirido ha sido adaptado y destinado al servicio de auto taxi, vinculado a una licencia de taxi del término municipal de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
