&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El 19 de mayo de 2021 la secretaria general de la Consejería de Medio &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mbiente y Territorio comunicó a la Dirección &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eneral del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio su disposición a facilitar un cambio de adscripción del vehículo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y del remolque &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que se detall&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n a continuación, por un periodo de cuatro años, a favor de la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con lo anterior el vehículo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y remolque &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;pasaron&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a prestar servicio en esta Consejería y se anotó el acuerdo temporal de adscripción &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entre las dos consejerías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la Comunidad Autónoma como una adscripción tácita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;10 de septiembre de 2022, tuvo entrada a la Dirección General del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio, un oficio del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;secretario general de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;en el cual solicita el cambio de adscripción definitiva del vehículo y remolque mencionados a favor de su Consejería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El motivo de la petición se basa en la necesidad de un vehículo y remolque de similares características a los vehículos solicitados para llevar a cabo la ejecución de un proyecto de divulgación del Banco de tierras de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Junto al oficio se adjunta escrito de la secretaria general de la Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Territorio, de 14 de septiembre de 2022, en que que manifiesta su conformidad respecto a la adscripción definitiva del vehículo y remolque a favor de la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3. En fecha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;28&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;septiembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de 2022, el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Servicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de Patrimoni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ha emitido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; un informe favorable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; sobre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;el expediente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de referéncia (https://csv.caib.es/concsv/view.xhtml?hash=1664360361960-497536908-1145487758691996973).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4. El Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, por el cual se modifica el Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;BOIB núm. 33, de 9 de marzo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fff200"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 88 de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Anotar el contenido de esta Resolución en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
