![CDATA[Resolución de concesión de la convocatoria de subvenciones para el fomento de la actividad del sector audiovisual para la promoción turística de Mallorca ]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">BDNS: 621799</span></span></p> <p><strong>Antecedentes</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1.En fecha de 20 de diciembre de 2021, el consejero</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> ejecutivo de Transición, Turismo y Deportes autorizó a la Fundació Mallorca Turisme la concesión de las subvenciones previstas en su Plan</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> de actuación para 2022.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2.El día 11 de abril de 2022 el director de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme dictó Resolución por</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> la cual aprobó la Convocatoria de subvenciones para</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> el fomento de la actividad del sector audiovisual para la promoción turística de Mallorca, extracto publicado en el BOIB nº. 54, de 23 de abril de 2022, y modificación de la convocatoria, publicada en el BOIB 64, de 17 de mayo de 2022, en cumplimiento</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> del Plan</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> de actuación y presupuesto aprobado por el Patronato de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme para el año 2022, con un gasto de 200.000€.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3.Acta de la Comisión Evaluadora de 25 de agosto de 2022 con el resultado de la valoración de los proyectos presentados de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos a la convocatoria</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4.El día 6 de septiembre de 2022, el director de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme informa de que los beneficiarios propuestos cumplen los requisitos para acceder a las subvenciones, así se acordó dentro del punto 11, que los beneficiarios presentarían la documentación administrativa general una vez emitido el informe de la Comisión Evaluadora.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">5.Informe jurídico favorable de 7</span><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> de septiembre de 2022</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> sobre la propuesta de resolución concesión de las subvenciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">6.En el presupuesto de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme hay crédito adecuado y suficiente para atender el gasto que se deriva de la presente convocatoria, por un importe de 200.000 €.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">7.Dia 9 de septiembre de 2022 se dicta propuesta de resolución de concesión de la subvención, que se publica en el BOIB nº. 120, de 13 de septiembre de 2022, a la cual no se presenta ninguna alegación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">8.Informe jurídico favorable de día 28 de septiembre de 2022 sobre la resolución de concesión de las subvenciones.</span></p> <p><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. De acuerdo con el artículo 16 de los Estatutos de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme son atribuciones de la dirección gestionar y ejecutar los planes</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> y los programas que aprueba el Patronato y formalizar y aprobar toda clase de actos y contratos (BOIB nº. 24, de 23 de febrero de 2019).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo insular de Mallorca (BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017), modificada por el Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca en sesión de día 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 4 de agosto).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. El artículo 10 del Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca de 9 de julio, por el cual se determina la organización del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, establece que la Fundació Mallorca Turisme se queda adscrita en el Departamento de Turismo y Deportes (BOIB nº. 99, de 18 de julio).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4.
