Día 9 de marzo de 2020 el Pleno del Ayuntamiento aprobó el Plan Estratégico 2020-22, (BOIB 31 de día 12 de marzo de 2020), en el que figuran las subvenciones del área gestora de Juventud- dirigidos a los beneficiarios de los colectivos de estudiantes universitarios y de estudios superiores de Alcúdia, enmarcado dentro del Objetivo núm. 1 y en concreto a la Convocatoria de ayudas económicas dirigidas a estudiantes de ciclos superiores de Alcúdia, mediante modalidad de concurrencia competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. En fecha 9 de junio de 2021 el Ayuntamiento en pleno aprobó la modificación del citado Plan estratégico de subvenciones 2020-2022 (BOIB 84 de día 26 de junio de 2021), posibilitando mediante vinculación de partidas presupuestarias un incremento de las dotaciones económicas finales destinadas a estos ajustes económicos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Día 23 de febrero de 2022 el Ayuntamiento Pleno aprobó definitivamente el presupuesto municipal para el ejercicio 2022, en el que figura la partida JO 327 481 003 "Becas transporte y libros universitarios" por un importe de 20.000,00 euros, (BOIB núm. 29, de 24 de febrero de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. En fecha 5 de mayo el plenario municipal aprueba modificación presupuestaria 09/2022, por suplemento de crédito financiado con remanente de tesorería para gastos generales (BOIB núm. 75 de 9 de junio de 2022), con un incremento de la cuantía económica general de las presentes convocatorias según la relación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Partida JO 327 481003 BECAS TRANSPORTE Y LIBROS UNIVERSITARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Crédito inicial 20.000,00&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Incremento aprobado 15.000,00&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Crédito definitivo 35.000,00&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. En fecha 22 de julio de 2022 el Delegado de Juventud emite provisión de inicio de expediente de las convocatorias mencionadas en el encabezamiento de este informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. En fecha 12 de Agosto se realiza propuesta de aprobación de gasto "P" de las convocatorias descritas anteriormente, las cuando fueron aprobadas en la misma fecha, según relación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Convocatoria Universitarios 2021-2022 &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;-&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;núm. Asent.: 008726&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Convocatoria Erasmus 2020-2022&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;-&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;núm. Asent.: 008727&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En su caso, y una vez aprobada por el órgano competente las bases mencionadas y previamente a la aprobación y publicación de las distintas convocatorias se remitiría por fiscalización de la intervención municipal (FASE A) los expedientes correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. En fecha 18 de agosto de 2022 se envía expedientes de referencia al técnico de administración general del Servicio Jurídico del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia para que informe del procedimiento planteado en las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfd"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Con fecha 8 de septiembre de 2022 el Pleno municipal acuerda por unanimidad, aprobar la propuesta relativa a la aprobación de las bases reguladoras de subvenciones de concurrencia competitiva relacionadas con las ayudas económicas estudios superiores 2022, DIRIGIDAS A ESTUDIANTES DE BACHILLERATO Y CICLOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FORMATIVOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfd"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DE GRADO MEDIO Y SUPERIOR DE ALCÚDIA PARA EL CURSO 2021/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. En fecha 17 de septiembre de 2022 (Boib núm. 122) se publicaron las Bases reguladoras de subvenciones de concurrencia competitiva relacionadas con las ayudas económicas estudios superiores 2022, dirigidas a estudiantes de bachillerato y Formación profesional de Alcúdia curso 2021-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. En fecha 19 de septiembre de 2022 se inscribe convocatoria de la citada convocatoria en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS) con el código de identificación BDNS núm. 649066.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11. En fecha 22 de septiembre de 2022 se emite informe favorable por parte de la Sección de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia sobre la aprobación de concesión de ayudas económicas por concurrencia competitiva dirigidas a estudiantes de bachillerato y Formación profesional de Alcúdia curso 2021-2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;12. En fecha 22 de septiembre de 2022 se emite informe favorable por parte de la intervención municipal sobre fiscalización previa subvenciones en régimen de concurrencia competitiva – aprobación del gasto fase A- de la convocatoria de ayudas concesión de ayudas económicas por concurrencia competitiva dirigidas a estudiantes de bachillerato y Formación Profesional de Alcúdia curso 2021-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfd"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13. En fecha 27 de septiembre de 2022 se firma Resolución de aprobación de la convocatoria de concurrencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; competitiva re&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfd"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;lacionada con las ayudas económicas estudios superiores 2022 dirigidas a estudiantes de bachillerato y ciclos formativos de grado medio y superior de Alcúdia para el curso 2021/2022 (Ref. 2022/1603).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; https://webpub2.igae.hacienda.gob.es/teseonet/convocatoria/detalle?id=850626&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Finalidad: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se establecen estas ayudas con la finalidad de dar apoyo económico para los gastos inherentes que supone para los estudiantes de bachillerato y ciclos formativos de grado medio y grado superior de Alcúdia la realización de sus estudios fuera del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La dotación económica total para esta convocatoria para esta convocatoria de ayudas económicas para bachillerato y ciclos formativos de grado medio y grado superior será de 11.000,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles a contar al día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Criterios de otorgamiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez alcanzados los requisitos que se marcan en las correspondientes bases, la cuantía total destinada a cada ayuda económica se determinará en dos fases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1ª CANTIDAD INICIAL (QI)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se calculará, dividiendo el total de crédito presupuestario (11.000,00€) entre el número total de asignaturas matriculadas y aprobadas del conjunto de solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2º CUANTÍA COMPLEMENTARIA (QC)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si una vez que se haya calculado la cuantía inicial, quedara remanente presupuestario en la fase (QI), se realizará una segunda tabulación con el remanente existente en el apartado anterior, siguiendo los mismos criterios del apartado anterior, es decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se calculará, dividiendo el total del remanente existente en el apartado anterior entre el número total de asignaturas matriculadas y aprobadas del conjunto de solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;QUANTIA FINAL (QF)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El cómputo de la cuantía total final (QF) de cada ayuda económica se determinará atendiendo a la Cuantía Inicial (QI) estipulada, y llegado el caso de existir remanente, con el sumatorio de los apartados Cuantía Inicial (QI) más la Cuantía Complementaria (QC),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;LIMITACIONES DE CUANTÍAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Limitación primera: Atendiendo a lo dispuesto en los requisitos de la presente convocatoria, por parte del solicitante de haberse matriculado y alcanzar un aprobado de un mínimo de 3 asignaturas en caso de bachillerato y de 2 asignaturas (o bien el prácticum formativo en centros de trabajo) en el caso de formación profesional durante el curso académico 2021/2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Limitación segunda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;:&lt;/u&gt; Se determina una cuantía máxima destinada a cada solicitud aceptada en la presente convocatoria, independientemente de las asignaturas matriculadas y aprobadas en cada caso por parte del alumno de 365€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
