&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFICAS PARA LA CONVOCATORIA DE&amp;nbsp;UNA PLAZA DE&amp;nbsp;DIREC-TOR/A&amp;nbsp;DE CERTIFICADO DE PROFESIONALIDAD POR PROGRAMA&amp;nbsp;MIXTO&amp;nbsp;SOIB&amp;nbsp;OCUPACIÓN Y FORMACIÓN POR EL SISTEMA DE CONCURSO DE MÉRITOS Y ENTREVISTA PERSONAL.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La realidad sociolaboral del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El mundo empresarial de la isla (especial atención a la producción agraria)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funciones:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dirección y coordinación de todo el equipo humano adscrito al proyecto (profesionales y alumnado trabajador).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Diseño, coordinación, planificación, supervisión y evaluación del proyecto formativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Máximo responsable de la programación diaria, semanal y mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tutorización y seguimiento del alumnado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Realizar las pertinentes valoraciones de aprendizaje y evolución del alumnado trabajador respecto de los módulos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Elaboración y control presupuestario, justificación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Gestión y control de los recursos material y organización logística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Coordinación del proyecto técnico de obra o ejecución. Velar por su máximo desempeño.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Participar en el diseño del programa de inserción del alumnado trabajador y su orientación profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas y medidas de salud laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Aplicar las sanciones disciplinarias que correspondan con la coordinación del equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Participar en las reuniones del equipo docente, el equipo del proyecto, con otras áreas internas municipales siempre que la situación o el momento lo requiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Recibir y posar en conocimiento de las personas correspondientes la documentación, información y correspondencia, etc. que llegue en nombre del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Elaborar y ejecutar las normativas, manuales de intervención y otros documentos que permitan una mayor eficiencia y eficacia del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Asumir aquellas competencias que no estén atribuidas a ninguno otro órgano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DURACIÓN: &lt;/strong&gt;Contrato de duración determinada vinculado a programes financiados por fondos sociales europeos de 12 meses aproximadamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JORNADA:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Media jornada. 18,75 horas semanales por programa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, Son Trias y Sant Pere, haciendo un total de 37'5/horas semanales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;COSTE SALARIAL MENSUAL BRUTO APROXIMADO POR JORNADA COMPLETA: &lt;/strong&gt;2.831,67€/mensuales con pagas extras incluidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se trata de la creación de una bolsa para cubrir las necesidades relativas a las circunstancias que&amp;nbsp;permite&amp;nbsp;nombrar personal laboral según aquello que prevé el artículo 11&amp;nbsp;TREBEP&amp;nbsp;y el artículo 18 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base 2ª.- Requisitos de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Para formar parte a las pruebas selectivas los aspirantes tienen que poseer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o cumplir, en la fecha de finalización del plazo señalado para la presentación&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de solicitudes, los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Ser español o ciudadano de uno de los restantes estados miembros de la Unión Europea&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o de aquellos estados en los cuales sea de aplicación la libre circulación de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;trabajadores, en los términos previstos a la ley estatal que regula esta materia,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;con excepción de las plazas para las cuales a las bases específicas se limite el acceso a los aspirantes de nacionalidad española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de la Ley Orgánica 8/2000, de 22 de diciembre, de reforma de la&amp;nbsp;LO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4/2000 sobre derechos y libertades de los extranjeros en España y su integración Social, y del RD 864/2001 del Reglamento de ejecución, tienen derecho de acceso a la administración pública como personal laboral los extranjeros residentes legalmente en España.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Tener 16 años cumplidos y no haber llegado a la edad de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Estar en disposición del título de grado en pedagogía&amp;nbsp;y/o&amp;nbsp;psicología.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectos de la titulación exigida para el ingreso se tendrán en cuenta las&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;equivalencias de titulaciones establecidas a la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) No sufrir ninguna enfermedad ni disminución física o psíquica que impida el normal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ejercicio de las funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) No haber sido separado del servicio del Estado, de la administración local o&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;autonómica o de los organismos que dependan por ningún expediente disciplinario,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ni encontrarse inhabilidad para el ejercicio de funciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Igualmente, no estar sometido a sanción disciplinaria o condena penal que en su&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;estado impida el acceso a la función pública, si se trata de aspirantes que no&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;tengan la nacionalidad española de acuerdo con lo establecido a la letra a)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de esta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) No estar sometido a ninguna causa de incapacidad específica de acuerdo con la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Acreditar el conocimiento de la lengua catalana de nivel C1 intermediando un&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;certificado expedido por el&amp;nbsp;EBAP, o bien por los títulos, diplomas y certificados homologados&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;establecido a la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 21 de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;febrero de 2013, por la cual se determinan los títulos, diplomas y certificados&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;equivalentes a los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana de la Dirección&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;General de Cultura y Juventud (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 34, de 12-03-2013) o por Certificado&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;expedido por la Dirección General de Cultura y Juventud de la Consejería&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de Educación, Cultura y Juventud, que según el Decreto 6/2012, de 3 de febrero,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;sobre evaluación y certificación de conocimientos de catalán, (BOIB&amp;nbsp;número 19, de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;07-02-2012), garantice los conocimientos de catalán exigidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este documento acreditativo se tendrá que presentar dentro del plazo de admisión de solicitudes al&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;proceso selectivo, sin que se puedan presentar en jefe otro momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Acreditar un mínimo de experiencia profesional de 18 meses en funciones similares al cargo. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Todos los requisitos exigidos y méritos que se quieran alegar se tienen que poseer el día en que finalice el ter-mini de presentación de solicitudes y se tienen que mantener durante el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; En cualquier momento del proceso selectivo, si el Tribunal tiene&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;conocimiento que alguno de los aspirantes no cumple los requisitos exigidos para la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;convocatoria, tendrá que proponer la exclusión a la&amp;nbsp;Alcaldía, con la audiencia previa&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;del interesado, haciendo constar las causas que justifiquen la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La&amp;nbsp;Alcaldía&amp;nbsp;resolverá el que proceda en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base 3ª.- Presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Las solicitudes para tomar parte en el proceso selectivo se tienen que presentar en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento dentro del plazo de &lt;strong&gt;5 días naturales&lt;/strong&gt;, contadores a partir del día siguiente al día de la&amp;nbsp;publicación&amp;nbsp;de las Bases al&amp;nbsp;BOIB, y se tienen que dirigir a la&amp;nbsp;Alcaldía&amp;nbsp;del Ayuntamiento de Esporles. Se recomienda que se priorice la presentación por sede electrónica: https://esporles.eadministracio.cat/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se pueden presentar en la forma prevista en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de que no se presente la solicitud presencialmente al registro del Ayuntamiento o a través de sede electrónica es obligatorio, para agilizar el procedimiento, que el interesado envíe justificando de&amp;nbsp;presentación&amp;nbsp;de la solicitud al correo electrónico: &lt;strong&gt;ajuntament@esporles.cat&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El modelo de solicitud viene recogido al anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al impreso de solicitud (ANEXO 1) los interesados harán constar que reúnen todos los requisitos exigidos en la Base de esta convocatoria, a la fecha de la expiración del plazo señalado por la&amp;nbsp;presentación&amp;nbsp;de solicitudes y los méritos que quieran adjuntar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Además de los datos de carácter personal y profesional que tienen que constar a la solicitud, los&amp;nbsp;aspirantes&amp;nbsp;tienen que consignar los datos y acompañar la documentación que se señala a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a)Indicar la plaza a la cual se opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Manifestar que se reúnen todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas a las bases, referidas siempre a la fecha de acabado del plazo señalado para la presentación de solicitudes. Esta manifestación&amp;nbsp;no será extensiva al requisito del conocimiento de la lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Acreditar el requisito del conocimiento de la lengua catalana. Para la acreditación de este requisito se tiene que presentar, junto con la solicitud, el certificado emitido por la Consellería de Educación y Universidad o equivaliendo, que corresponda al nivel de conocimientos fijado para la plaza a la cual se opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Adjuntar fotocopia del documento nacional de identificación y en el caso de no ser español, del documento&amp;nbsp;oficial acreditativo de la personalidad (NIE, pasaporte o tarjeta de residencia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Adjuntar fotocopia del título académico exigido a la convocatoria (anverso y reverso) o certificación&amp;nbsp;académica&amp;nbsp;de haber superado todos los estudios para obtener el título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Adjuntar los méritos que se quieran alegar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Adjuntar documento justificativo del pago de la tasa de 18,00€ por participación a procesos selectivos publicada al&amp;nbsp;BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 147 de fecha 2 de diciembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe se tendrá que hacer efectivo en el siguiente número de cuenta: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ES38 2100 0785 2202 0000 3150&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Concepto: Nombre completo + director/a de programas mixtos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- La&amp;nbsp;Alcaldía, por sí misma o a propuesta del Tribunal calificador, podrá solicitar, al efecto&amp;nbsp;proce-diente, que las personas interesadas acrediten los puntos donde se supone que han incurrido en&amp;nbsp;inexactitud&amp;nbsp;o falsedad en la hora de formular la solicitud correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- Si la solicitud presentada no cumple los requisitos señalados a la convocatoria, se requerirá a los interesados, mediante publicación en el tablón de edictos y en la página web del Ayuntamiento, para que, en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;3 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; contadores desde esta publicación, enmienden la falta o adjunten el documento que sea preceptivo, con la advertencia de considerar no presentada la solicitud si no se cumple el requerimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base&amp;nbsp;4ª.- Admisión de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Habrá un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;cinco días naturales&lt;/strong&gt; para hacer consultas y reclamaciones después del cual quedará ratificada la lista definitiva de candidaturas que pasarán a la fase de valoración de los méritos y de entrevista; la fecha de la cual se notificará personalmente a las cinco candidaturas que hayan obtenido una mayor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base 5ª.- Tribunal calificador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- El Tribunal calificador se constituirá en la forma que determina el artículo 60&amp;nbsp;TREBEP&amp;nbsp;Estatuto básico del empleado público, y, supletoriamente, el artículo 51 de la Ley 3/2007, de la función pública de la&amp;nbsp;CAIB&amp;nbsp;y el artículo 4 del Real Decreto 896/1991, de 7 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los miembros del Tribunal tienen que ser funcionarios de carrera o personal laboral ficho de igual o superior categoría, y con titulación académica de igual o superior nivel al exigido para la plaza convocada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estará&amp;nbsp;formado por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Un presidente, funcionario de carrera/personal laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Tres vocales. Funcionarios de carrera/personal laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Secretario con voz y sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo se nombrará un suplente para cada uno de los miembros del Tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La composición del Tribunal será predominantemente técnica y los vocales tendrán que poseer una&amp;nbsp;titulación&amp;nbsp;o especialización igual o superior a la exigida para el acceso en las plazas convocadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En la designación del Tribunal se procurará garantizar, en todo caso, el cumplimiento del principio de especialidad y de idoneidad para valorar los conocimientos y las aptitudes requeridas de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Los miembros del Tribunal se tendrán que abstener de intervenir, por lo cual lo notificarán a la autoridad convocante, cuando se dé alguna de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 23&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de la Ley 40/2015 de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Igualmente los aspirantes podrán recusar los miembros del Tribunal cuando concurra alguna de las&amp;nbsp;circunstancias&amp;nbsp;previstas en el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La constitución y la actuación del Tribunal se ajustará al que prevé la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los acuerdos se adoptarán por mayoría de asistentes y el voto del presidente dirimirá los empates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- Corresponde al Tribunal calificador resolver todas las cuestiones derivadas de la aplicación de estas bases y también aquello que corresponda en los casos no previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los méritos a valorar y la puntuación de la entrevista serán los que se relacionan a continuación, con un total como máximo de 72 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Baremos de selección:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Entrevista: 28 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se valorará:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Formación (hasta un máximo de 13 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Otras licenciaturas relacionadas con el lugar de trabajo: 3 puntos por licenciatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Máster u otros posgrados relacionados con el lugar de trabajo: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Otra formación relacionada con las funciones del puesto de trabajo y con la temática del taller de ocupación: 6 puntos por cada curso con una duración mínima de 50 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Nivel de la junta evaluadora de catalán o equivalente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel C2: 2 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel LA: 1 punto. (a sumar al nivel presentado de catalán C2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experiencia laboral (hasta un máximo de 31 puntos).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Experiencia laboral relacionada con las funciones del puesto de trabajo: 0,2 puntos por mes trabajado (acreditado con vida laboral, contrato y/o certificado de tareas de la empresa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entrevista (hasta un máximo de 28 puntos).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Actitud y motivación ante el trabajo: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Interés por las personas de colectivos vulnerables: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Iniciativa: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Capacidad de comunicación: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Conocimientos específicos de talleres de formación y ocupación: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Capacidad de gestión de tareas administrativas: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Conocimientos de la realidad socioeconómica de Esporles: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base 7ª.- Calificación y orden de la clasificación definitiva. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La calificación de las diferentes fases se hará pública el mismo día que se acuerde y se expondrá al tablón de anuncios de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La calificación final será la suma de la fase de concurso y fase de entrevista personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La orden de clasificación de los aspirantes se establecerá en función de la calificación obtenida; se ordenarán de mayor a menor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
