&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dado que, por Decreto de Alcaldía núm.794/2022, de 6 de julio, se aprobó la oferta de ocupación pública ordinària para el año 2022 (BOIB 91 de 14-07-2022)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dado que, el EBAP ha detectado un error en cuanto a la plaza de agente de policía, puesto que la única forma de acceso es la oposición, de acuerdo con el artículo 163.1 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares; y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas establece que los errores materiales, de hechos o aritméticos detectados en los actos administrativos podrán ser rectificados en cualquier momento,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por el presente &lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Rectificar el error detectado en la oferta de ocupación pública ordinaria para el año 2022, en el siguiente sentido: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
