&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atendiendo al informe-propuesta de la Asesora Jurídica de día 14 de septiembre del actual, que dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“En relación con el expediente relativo a Oferta de ocupación pública ordinaria del ejercicio 2022 y en cumplimiento de la Provisión del regidor de Personal de fecha de 8 de septiembre 2021, emito el siguiente informe-propuesta de resolución, en conformidad con aquello que se ha fijado en el artículo 175 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, en base a los siguientes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;se aprobó, junto con el Presupuesto Municipal la Plantilla de Puestos de trabajo de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2022, siendo publicada la aprobación definitiva al *BOIB n.º 35 de 10 de marzo de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Visto que en la citada Plantilla y correspondiente Relación de Puestos de trabajo figuran vacantes y dotadas presupuestariamente varias plazas, la cobertura de las cuales se considera necesaria en el presente ejercicio para el buen funcionamiento de los servicios municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Visto el Informe de esta Técnica de 12 de septiembre de 2022, donde se especifica el resultado del cálculo de la tasa de reposición y las plazas vacantes que podrían ser objeto de Oferta pública de empleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Vista la votación en el seno de la Mesa de Negociación General Conjunta de los empleados públicos de este ayuntamiento celebrada el 14 de septiembre de 2022, relativo a la Oferta de Ocupación Pública del ejercicio 2022, tal y como consta en el acuerdo firmado por los presentes en el mismo acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Legislación aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 20. Uno. de la Ley 22/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 128 del Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los artículos 37, 59, 69 y 70 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Real Decreto 896/1991, de 7 de junio, por el cual se establecen las reglas básicas y los programas mínimos a que tiene que ajustarse el procedimiento de selección de los funcionarios de administración local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los artículos 91 y 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conclusiones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto cuánto antecede, se considera que el expediente ha seguido la tramitación establecida en la Legislación aplicable y, después de que la intervención verifique el cumplimiento de la legalidad y normativa aplicable, procederá su aprobación definitiva por la Alcaldesa, conforme al artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.. (...)”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En uso de las atribuciones que me confiere la vigente legislación,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Convocar las plazas ofrecidas en ejecución de la presente Ofrecida de Ocupación Pública dentro del plazo improrrogable de tres años a contar desde su fecha de publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
