&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por medio de este anuncio se hace pública la resolución de alcaldía núm. 2022-1027, de fecha 6 de septiembre de 2022, la cual se transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Rectificación de errores en la actualización de la numeración de los inmuebles de la calle Puig de sa Comuna&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes de hecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Por medio de la resolución de alcaldía núm. 2022-0902, de 1 de agosto de 2022, se aprobó la actualización de la numeración de los inmuebles de la calle Puig de sa Comuna, del término municipal de Alaró; la cual se publicó en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; núm. 102, de 4 de agosto de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Se ha detectado un error en la numeración asignada a los inmuebles anteriormente identificados con los números 133-A (ref. catastral 2360029DD8926S0001YG) y 133-B (ref. catastral 2360030DD8926S0001AG) consistente en intercambiar el número de orden que les corresponde. Por lo tanto, es necesario corregir este error de acuerdo con el informe del arquitecto municipal de 30 de agosto de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Por otra parte, se ha observado que tal y como está expresada la asignación de nuevos números de policía a las entradas que dos inmuebles tienen por la calle Puig de sa Comuna puede provocar confusión ya que ambos inmuebles tienen la entrada principal por otras calles. De modo que es conveniente aclarar que el cambio de numeración afecta a las entradas secundarias de estos dos inmuebles, pero no a su dirección principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas contempla que las administraciones públicas podrán rectificar en cualquier momento los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos de sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, en virtud de las atribuciones que tengo conferidas por el artículo 21.1.s) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, adopto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Rectificar los errores advertidos en la resolución de alcaldía núm. 2022-0902, de 1 de agosto de 2022, de aprobación de la actualización de la numeración de los inmuebles de la calle Puig de sa Comuna e introducir precisiones, de forma que en el anexo de la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Comunicar esta resolución a la Gerencia Regional del Catastro en las Illes Balears y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se pueden interponer alternativamente los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Directamente recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda en el plazo de dos meses a contar a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado este acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Recurso potestativo de reposición ante la alcaldía en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado este acto. Si se interpone recurso de reposición, no podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que no se haya adoptado y notificado la resolución expresa del primero o haya transcurrido el plazo de un mes para hacerlo. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya adoptado y notificado una resolución expresa, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No obstante, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de acuerdo con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, d'1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
