&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Expediente núm.:&lt;/strong&gt; 1068/2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA n.º 0932/2022&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Vista la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e igualdad de 10 de agosto de 2022 de convocatoria para que los ayuntamientos deleguen en el EBAP las competencias para llevar a cabo el proceso unificado de selección para cubrir las vacantes de la categoría de policía de los cuerpos de la policía local y las plazas de policías en los ayuntamientos que no hayan constituido cuerpo de policía local (BOIB 106 de 11-08-22).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dado que, por Decreto de alcaldía núm.794/2022, de 6 de julio, se aprobó la Oferta de ocupación pública ordinaria para el año 2022 (BOIB 91 de 14-07-22), que incluye –entre otros– la vacante de un agente de policía local: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dada la posibilidad de que las entidades locales deleguen las competencias necesarias en el EBAP para llevar a cabo el proceso unificado de selección para cubrir las vacantes, de conformidad con la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e igualdad de 10 de agosto de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Primero.- &lt;strong&gt;Delegar&lt;/strong&gt; en la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e igualdad, a través del EBAP, la ejecución del proceso selectivo de la categoría de policía local, para la vacante aprobada en la oferta de ocupación pública ordinaria del 2022, de acuerdo con los términos que establece la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e igualdad de 10 de agosto de 2022 de convocatoria para que los ayuntamientos deleguen en el EBAP las competencias para llevar a cabo el proceso unificado de selección para cubrir las vacantes de la categoría de policía de los cuerpos de la policía local y las plazas de policías en los ayuntamientos que no hayan constituido cuerpo de policía local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar esta delegación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar al EBAP la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde en la fecha de la firma electrónica y lo firma el Secretario-acctal. a los solos efectos de dar fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
