&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.En fecha 8 de septiembre de 2022 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 118 la resolución del director general del Ente Público de Radiotelevisión de las Islas Baleares de 5 de septiembre de 2022 por la que se convocan las bases de la convocatoria para la provisión definitiva por concurso de méritos de un puesto de trabajo en la categoría de jefe Jurídico y de Calidad del EPRTVIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.Habiéndose observado un error en la descripción de la convocatoria, en la base primera y en la base séptima, donde se prevé el tipo de provisión del puesto y donde se designan los miembros que integran la comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.El artículo 109.2 de 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, establece que se podrán rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancias de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho, o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.El artículo 56 de 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Rectificar los errores observados en la descripción de la convocatoria, en la base primera y en la base séptima, donde se prevé el tipo de provisión del puesto y donde se designan los miembros que integran la comisión, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Elena Torres Frontera, en su condición de técnica del Departamento Jurídico de la EPRTVIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Remedios Trujillo Cabrera, en su condición de técnica del departamento de Contratación y Compras del EPRTVIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
