&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Illes Balears&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de &amp;nbsp;1 de octubre, y&amp;nbsp;del procedimiento administrativo común de las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 1&amp;nbsp;de setiembre de 2022, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 10 de julio de 2015 por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias. La citada Resolución se modificó en fecha 17 de diciembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 185), en fecha 22 de junio de 2016, (BOIB núm. 81) y en fecha 26 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 80). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Una vez analizada toda la documentación presentada, el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA resolvió favorablemente la concesión de la ayuda a favor de MIGUEL TORRES MARQUÉS, entre otros, que figuran en el anexo de la Resolución de concesión, R1 de fecha 4 de febrero de 2022, (BOIB núm. 23, de 12 de febrero de 2022) con los datos y los importes correspondientes(con una ayuda concedida de 11.560,45 €). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. El 25 de mayo de 2022 (GOIBE 295839/2022), el beneficiario presentó una solicitud de pago del expediente INEA2019_1/262.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. El 15 de julio de 2022 (GOIBE 395981/2022), el beneficiario presentó una nueva solicitud de pago, puesto que manifestaba que en el anterior no había adjuntado una de las inversiones concedidas y solicitó el desistimiento de la solicitud de pago presentada el 15 de julio de 2022.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. De acuerdo con el artículo 94 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, todo interesado puede desistir de la solicitud y la Administración debe aceptar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Propuesta de Resolución&amp;nbsp;de aceptación del desistimiento&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por todo ello, se informa f&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;avorablemente &amp;nbsp;y propon&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;go&amp;nbsp;al vicepresidente en materia agraria del FOGAIBA que dicte resolución en los siguientes términos: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Aceptar el desistimiento de la solicitud de pago presentada el 25 de mayo de 2022 (GOIBE 295839/2022), en relación con el expediente de INEA2019_1/262, de MIGUEL TORRES MARQUÉS. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Declarar concluido el procedimiento de pago y por tanto, archivar el expediente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Notificar esta resolución a la persona interesada mediante la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
