    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Ayuntamiento en Pleno, en fecha 8 de septiembre de 2022 ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo, relativo a la aprobación inicial de la modificación de la Plantilla orgánica de personal, cuyo literal se publica y expone al público por un plazo de quince días, contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación de este anuncio, durante el cual se podrán presentar las reclamaciones que se estimen oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Acuerdo inicial será definitivo en el caso de que durante el citado plazo no se produzcan reclamaciones, de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 169 y siguientes del RDLEG 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la plantilla de personal municipal que tiene por objeto la reconversión y creación de las siguientes plazas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La modificación de la plantilla se propone conforme al siguiente detalle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Creación de plaza en la Plantilla de personal, &lt;/strong&gt;dotada presupuestariamente, con efectos de día 4 de octubre de 2022, o bien desde el día de la aprobación definitiva de la modificación en curso, si ésta es posterior:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;. Código SIRHAM: F00080005&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
