    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Transcurridos quince días hábiles de exposición pública sin que se hayan presentado reclamaciones y alegaciones se procede a aprobar la modificación de las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto 2022 y de conformidad con el artículo 169 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de Haciendas Locales aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo y el artículo 20 del Real Decreto 500/1990, de 20 de abril, se publica la base 30 que ha sido modificada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Base 30&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Procedimiento de concesión &amp;nbsp;directa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Procedimiento extraordinario de concesión de las siguientes subvenciones: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las previstas nominativamente en el presupuesto general del ejercicio &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las impuestas por una Ley&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las que, de forma excepcional, obedezcan a razones de interés público, social, económico o humanitario u otras que dificulten su convocatoria pública &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La concesión de subvenciones nominativas de concesión directa se canaliza a través de un convenio o resolución de Alcaldía, todo ello de acuerdo con el que determina la Ordenanza general de subvenciones y se exime el cumplimiento de los principios de publicidad y concurrencia. Su concesión se realizará mediante resolución y posterior suscripción del correspondiente convenio (artículos 22.2 y 28 de la Ley 38/2003)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin perjuicio de esto, según lo que se ha fijado en el artículo 171.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, la interposición de dicho recurso no suspenderá por si sola la efectividad del acto o acuerdo impugnado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
